Notting Hill is a charming neighborhood, and it doesn't feel touristy. 😃 I enjoyed seeing the architecture, local shops, and restaurants. Thank you for sharing this relaxing stroll, AK! 🤗
Hi Action Kid, just wanted to drop by and let you know how much I'm loving your London videos! Your walks make me feel like I'm experiencing the city firsthand, even though I've never been there. Hope to visit London one day, but for now, your videos are the next best thing. Keep up the great work!
Thanks AK for this walk. I am catching up this morning on missed videos. I am glad to see some residential areas as I was wanting to see some of the areas out of the main streets, and residential areas in and around London too. Thanks so much for walking in the rain to bring this to us.
I’m British and I’ve been to every part of the uk but never to London because I always thought it was dangerous but your videos make it seem pretty cool.

Must have been a Thursday? The north end of Portobello Road is (mostly) a fruit and vegetable market for us locals on weekdays except for Thursdays (‘half day closing’, but it’s actually all day in practice). The southern end is antiques, the northern end second hand stuff (a flea market) on Friday and Saturday. There are also stalls-mostly food and clothes-on Sundays now. I keep having to explain to tourists that the market hasn’t disappeared, it’s just Thursday. . .
Was waiting for you to pass by the house with a blue door from the movie "Nothing Hill". Anyways thanks for the walk indeed a very charming and quiet neighborhood love it. Thanks again ak 😊
Great looking neighborhood ,lots of nice looking stores ,restaurants etc along your walk😎Thank you for sharing this enjoyable and relaxing walk A K🙂👍!!!
Awesome walk once again. Notting Hill is a very nice area. Does anyone know what car that is at 26:37 ? It looks like a big American classic car. Almost too big for the average London car park or laneway.
The ActionKid always has an umbrella 🌂 handy especially in the rainy 🌧 season in the UK 🇬🇧 . He enjoys a walk 🚶♂️ in the crisp fresh air. Nice neighborhood ! ..Very Posh 🐼
WOW! London is really colorful and beautiful even when it rains. I'd visit a lot of these places just because of your walks. OAN: Why do all court buildings have that OFFICIAL LOOK?! 😅
I'm so happy you also feel that way, it was very hard to come back to the States for me. But when I visited Lugano, Switzerland I was actually in full tears when I left there. Enjoy every minute of everyday no matter where you are. ❤

In truth, the precipitation is just different: NYC has a lot of snow and torrential rain interspersed with long dry periods, whereas London has many days where there are light showers and sunny intervals throughout the day. 🙂
Actually, the first 9 minutes of the video isn’t Notting Hill, it’s Westminster! The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (of which Notting Hill is a small part) is next to the City of Westminster here. (50m east from my flat. . .Just to confuse everybody I live in what everyone, including me, calls ‘Notting Hill’, but it’s actually ‘North Kensington’, 150m east and about 100m north of Notting Hill. . .) But there aren’t many boundary posts left to signal you’re walking into foreign parts 😊
Watching behind time because I'm in Australia but TV News tonight new Statue of QEII and her husband Duke if Edinburgh outside the Royal Albert Hall. Appropriate as Queen Victoria had a strong marriage to Prince Albert..though cut short. The Monument to Albert across the road worth seeing too.

Thanks so much for watching! I don't really feel London is that dangerous at all.
generally speaking i think london is a little bit safer than new york, but like any big city you gotta keep your wits about you@@ActionKid
Please don’t listen to media hype. London is a beautiful city with so much to offer.

Wonderful area to have a small flat, charming. Love everything but the weather.

Nice video, Wonderful walking tour in London
Every time I hear Nothing Hill, I immediately think of Hugh Grant (as I'm sure most people do).
And Julia Roberts!
Thank you AK for sharing a wonderful journey. so quaint and a great old world feeling~👍💯
Rainy day in Notting Hill.... you lucky duck!
The big Portobello Road market takes place on Saturdays and it is very, very crowded.
Beautiful historic building wow 🦃🥞🔦

I'm curious why you are using your phone/gimbal setup, instead of your DJI Osmo pocket 3 (I used to live in Bayswater...totally loved my time there)
Please go on the trains during rush hour and experience the sardine ride!!
Nice video 👍
Hello from Los Angeles, California
ACTION KID👍 THANK YOU FOR NOT GIVING UP ON THIS DREAM 🙏👍💪💯⭐AND YOU MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE AMEN🙏💯💪⭐👍👍
Wow It rains alot in London.
Actually, London has half the annual precipitation as New York City.
@@johnfinister5011 So it rains more in NYC interesting
In truth, the precipitation is just different: NYC has a lot of snow and torrential rain interspersed with long dry periods, whereas London has many days where there are light showers and sunny intervals throughout the day. 🙂
@johnfinister5011 So which city has more rain-London or NYC?
New York City has more rain, plus far more snow.

Will you be going to the outskirts of London? What about the areas that the Beatles were?
PS...you may see the Notting Hill movie sometime and appreciate it more after visiting the area.

Uh huh, nice hood. A decent row house flat is only about 1-2 million pounds, 4 mil for something on the nicer side or for a small family.
"The rock guitarist Jimi Hendrix passed away at the self-catering Samarkand apartment-hotel, 22 Lansdowne Crescent"
Beautiful area of the city, but desert dwellers like me couldn't handle all the rain. 🙂
It's such a gorgeous place

How long you going to be in London?
Blue circle with red X = no stopping (cars).........meaning taxis/Uber etc...
Your lucky, Switzerland has no traffic light nor speed limit signs, at all
Very posh neighbourhood like Chelsea.
@@lemcakes32422 Maybe but I'd rather live in Chelsea.
Pink Umbrella 🐹
Those guys pole vaulting?
Just saw 2 dogs lol
Parking rules are pretty lenient there I see. Cars parked in whatever direction they feel like parking.
❤❤❤❤❤
In NYC dogs are everywhere.
Did you know London has around 400,000 French living there making it the 6th biggest French city.
Any plans on going to Malta?
I'm not seeing a lot of dogs in London interesting.
I wonder what you were or would have been voted most likely to in highschool... 🤔 Most likely to live abroad would've fit you quite well.
