Dude... Tried Dr Mikes training style for the first time this week. Was relating so hard to how zack was feeling with those incline presses and lying curls 😂 Caught myself judging everyone elses form around me too haha
Maybe he has an asymmetrical split where he trains specific muscle groups at precise intervals and not traditionally. More precise method especially for pro (you have to know your body well) I personally prefer the normal split because I'm just an average intermediate so his method wouldn't help me at all and my gym philosophy is to do the least that can affect the most so I can make life outside gym
Dr Mike doesn’t actually push himself ever 1 RIR when his sets all have identical bar speed…okay champ, guy focusses on “technique” for machine exercises embarrassingly way too much, I can’t wait for this new era of “exercise science” which is total ass to die
