i ran 6s with a 16t and a dual heatsink, it got hot but wasn't too bad. ill probably keep it at 17 or 18t, dual heatsink and fans on 4s

Great video mate, I had a few overheat and used a hobbywing heat sink with a fan on top , made a big difference. The hot weather doesn't help either. You really put this thing through hell, thought it was an rc plane for a minute. Nice work Vas .

Hey Vas is the center diff "screaming" due to it being low on diff fluid or just thicker fluid you think? I think mine makes a similar noise. Did you change the fluid and if yes what weight? Was curious if you did change it what the difference was? Thanks Vas 🍻....I put a 150a esc in mine and been running it a couple times on 6s and it's been wild. Love it on 6s lol. I think with the truck being so heavy it's fun to be able to get wild with it. I'm on a 15t as well but it's winter here and cold and I have the rear fan installed. In the summer I'll gear it down or just run on 4s. But I'm going to also add a top mount motor fan as well. Thanks Vas!

What pinion pitch is used on the skeeter. I have been an off road basher forever and I am thinking about picking one of these up because it looks like it is built like a tank.
Hey Vas! That center diff screaming might just be low fluid. When I opened my center diff before running it was just wet....hardly any fluid in it.
yup, my rear tower did the same.

Did you check the temperature in that motor bud? My area is hitting 100F currently, so that thats 😂. I'm about to try out the 15t pinion on my sketer too. Yeah after watching how hot yours got, I would have to install a dual fan or single fan on that motor 😂
Looks like a cool spot to run, here in the UK its hard to find somewhere to run with no out of control dogs

That's crazy fast on 15t pinion what about if you go higher like 17t on 4s. I just put 16t pinion in mine team corally xtr go's like crazy 🤪😜

Are the MX28 a direct fit or did you any changes?
Had to shave the steering blocks just a little, but the wheels fit perfectly and give me an extra 10mm width (total).

Which proline wheels and tires are on the corally skeeter 4s in the video from 9 months ago or so? Thank you.
They are the MX28 Badlands with the 17mm hex hubs. I had to shave the steering blocks just a tiny bit so they wouldn't rub, but aside from that, they fit fine.
@@AussieRCPlayground ok thanks exactly what I need did I hear you say before that the belted mx28s are narrower than the non belted?
That's right, the belted versions are narrower and look almost like a buggy tyre. Check them out in this video.
