Very impressive for two young ladies to have the skills to run mill ,do delivery ,record and edit all the while promoting a family business and getting along. You people should be an inspiration to everyone.
@robertlargura8 It's the getting along part that really demonstrates importance for the business and how they can prioritize the day's business activities in dedication to their clientele. There's no jealousy, no envyism, no unnecessary or derogatory criticism, etc. They demonstrate unconditional love for one/another. If this were my two sisters, one of them would have been charged with murder and most likely convicted.

That's one smart customer, prepping for winter in he middle of the summer when it's nice and warm while stacking it, and well before the fall rush too.
I am hoping that they can get enough firewood sold to established costumers now so they can truly hunt down new customers latter.
You ever process firewood in the summer? Or at all? It's a LOT more pleasant when it's about 40 degrees, or less.

JADE AND EMERALD very important to use rough tarpaulin with many straps over the wood because if you crash or overturn, the wood is like projectiles a large wood tree weighs like an elephant 4.5 tons if there is a cross stop

Depends on your state laws. Putting a cover or net over the load should keep the Law off your back. Stocking up in the summer and preparing for the winter is good for the customer 😊

I love when those loads of wood come in I buy a cord of spruce pine mix and a half cord of white red Burch mix for night time burns when it gets cold in Alberta -50 record cold this past winter.

.. the tongue box got totaled out years ago but passes inspection even though the lids not latched and barley attached but she has pretty eyes and a cute puppy superb videography and music ..!
The chains are purposely twisted so as not to drag seeing as that would be a hazard. Also rusted??

. the firewood looks primo but the safety chains are so knotted rusty or bent/damaged the links are binding on their selves and fail inspection ..!
in the netherlands you would have to put a tarp or netting over the trailer, so stuff can not get out.

Forget about the chains! I have a PROTEST! Emerald said this is how I deliver the firewood! We only see Jade at the very end of the video- she has to take a back seat to the puppy? I protest! Emerald got a shack with a fan and a chair to sit in what does Jade get? Nothing! Not even a lousy umbrella! This message is for Jade! Using some netting on top of the trailer will keep you from losing wood on the road and will also put your mind on ease while driving.

In the UK we have to secure loads with a Tarpaulin or net. If you don’t you get a ticket for having an insecure load. It’s cheaper to cover your load than cause an accident and injuring an innocent person and end up with a law suit against you. Safety and prevention first.
nothing falls off, the firewood does not fall off because Emerald makes sure it won't. no need for a net.

In the Netherlands there is a law that you have a net over the load. So with all trailers or loading platforms. In itself that law is not wrong, it ensures less accidents of flying load.

In UK, we would expect to tarp the top, or run straps over the top. But we have smaller roads and in worse condition.
As an American dot rules says that the load should be covered if the delivery is over 3 miles. But a lot of landscapers and homeowners don't know that law

That trailer does get hooked up to other trucks where it might need a longer chain.

Looks like the wood trailer needs some tender loving care.
I swear dump trailers are coming from the factory with rust bubbles already showing these days. Then put one on PA roads for winter deliveries with all that road salt, I’m surprised there is anything left of that trailer.
Making deliveries is fun work. I used to keep plenty dog biscuits and other treats handy, as a strategy to distract irritated dogs. It only takes a few trips and they recognize the sound of the engine and come running to get their toll payment.
