Would love to hear you interview Mat Fraser(!) and get his reflections on being the fittest man in history

Guess that depends on one's definition of "fittest". Being the best Crossfitter is a pretty low bar for world class athletes.

@@kl7985 World class athletes are only good at one thing. If they can run at a world class level, for example, their weight lifting would by definition be rubbish.

@@lewishorsewell8852 Sure. My objection is to the term "fittest" in history when in reality Mat Fraser isn't world class at anything.

Such a bad interview. The questions were so much about what he wanted to talk and mumble about than of the interest things that she had to talk about.

You’re not the only one listening. Trust me when I say there’s plenty others that found the conversation interesting and stimulating. Please don’t pretend to know what she wanted to talk about unless you know her personally.

Absolutely not! Why are you in the position to judge what is useful or not?
Especially as a woman in this area its important to show that woman can be strong too and work for their passion. Everybody has his own worldview and this is good. Usefulness is subjective and this is an important value in the west world, which we must protect.

    • @RC-wz9vw

Weightlifting in a proper way promotes healthy physiology and would allow one to be more capable to do more “useful” things in life and to live longer. You speak like a true self centered person judging this girls profession.

    • @joedavis4150

@@RC-wz9vw ...... Jimmy Carter used to go out and build houses for poor people. In this way he was developing his body by manipulating heavy things, and doing something directly useful at the same time.... in the city, you could go sweep the street or clean up the park... On the farm, you could go throw some bales. That's the cool thing about bales of hay. You don't just lift them. You throw them.... the best way to develop your muscles is by actually working.
