Ms. Kalawathi's singing is very good. However, it's an unpardonable mistake on the part of the presenter to omit mentioning the name of the original singer 'Jikki'. Especially since she was an award winning Indian singer who had sung a few famous sinhala songs (e.g. this, and "Mata Aloke Genadevi'). Listen to the originals and you will feel tremendous respect for 'Jikki' who pronounces sinhala extremely well. I did.
