Hey man, are you able to share where you bought your ducktail spoiler from? And I know you said the one you installed on FRS held up for 9 years, but how is the ducktail on your new GR86 holding up so far?

@@jubbalandcars plastic spoiler weighs nothing and the actual load it generates is not nearly enough rip it off or stress the tape enough to weaken it over time.
Do you have any thoughts on how to improve steering feel on this car? I came from a Type R that had really communicative and responsive steering, and you could really feel the wheel load up. The GR86 feels like it almost has more numb steering than my wife's 2015 Fit. Are there any options for making this better, or is it just one of those things that is what it is?
The type R steering I find to be worse than the GR86 because throttle input heavily influences the weight of the wheel and also contributes to torque steer. The GR86 is worse than first gen but it’s very accurate and provides a moderate level of feedback IMO. Hoping aftermarket comes out with mods to address the shortcomings
My 2023 GR 86 that ni picked up 5 days ago has this duckbill spoiler,did yours not come with this because it is a base model? I like the tape idea for aligning tape ons!

Definitely do it! I feel comfortable since the ducktail spoiler on my FRS lasted 9 years without issue with just the tape

Try to change toe and camber with camber bolts
7 months later: Is it still on just with some 3M tape??
Yes. Including after multiple track days
