Your videos have been so helpful. Thank you so much. I am Fresh Starting out. I am having such a hard time finding organic produce. I've yet to find organic pineapple. So I've been using non organic for myself. But I want to be able to offer it in my juices I really love what it does to the flavor. It's never consistent so it's hard to know what juices I can offer. I'm trying to learn more about juicing from frozen because I can easily locate frozen produce. Do you always have to only use organic products?
I prefer my juice to be organic. If there’s a time and a place to do it, it’s with juicing. I’m consuming massive amounts of produce at once for health reasons I want it to be top notch. Accessibility is hard, and we do know a lot of people that don’t have the luxury of organic produce. Just got to make the best decision for you and your biz.
So the recipe is peaches, lemon, ginger and apples? Why not use fresh peaches?
They didn’t have fresh at the grocery, but you can definitely use fresh! And yes that’s the recipe!

How many ounces of ginger was in recipe and was it extra spicy😊
An oz of ginger per pound of produce :) 12oz for 12lbs of apples!
