How do I get that noise at 0:20 to happen?
It’s hard to tell exactly what you’re asking man but I think the part you’re referring to is where you hold the bend, grab the note above with your pinky, let both of them ring and then slowly release the bend so it creates a bit of dissonance

It’s Dimebag so yeah, everyone plays his stuff differently. Dime was very much a “feel” player and would encourage you to go for it and just find what works best for you dude :)
