Thank you! Love all your crystal meditations! Would you do a smokey quartz one? Or one that you think would be good for the root chakra and getting grounded? I have been so out of alignment for a while and trying to really work my way up and feel like I need to start at the bottom. I did this meditation and as soon as I put my crystal into my dominant hand tears started pouring and i hear the word “sorry” as I release. It felt like there was a lot of burden inside. Thank you for making this 🙏🏻
