I have had stomach. digestion issues for the past 40 years. For the past couple of years since sleeping with them I have gotten off all meds for UC. Amazing how this has helped me.

I love Aquamarine so much. I feel that it is so soothing but in the same time it gives me a lot of courage to face my fears and to realise things I was thinking I was never be able to. I feel strong and quiet with this precious stone. One of my favorites ❤️.
Love aquamarine, I bought a piece I think it was early this year and it has quickly become one of my favourite crystals. It is a tumbled piece and I haven’t seen any others that look like it, it’s partly a darker blue and has what like looks like waves or the iris of an eye in a lighter blue. Much love to you Mark 💙
Thirteen is a number that does not take anything easily... I recommend working with 12, 14, or 21, but 13 are going to be more work for sure... Is there maybe a crystal that resonates more with an individual? For example, I deal with depression, sad thoughts, lack of energy and just feeling overall not really well in myself. I tried wearing amethyst for healing and it seemed to go against me somehow. In my experimenting, I came across rose quartz, and I swear I can feel a difference when I have it close to me. It seems to help my mood as well as my physical well-being, but what I have read about the stone is more to do with love and relationships. Could this just be "my stone"? I am a Taurus, so it is a birthstone (I think).
Never share your blessings,... unless they are needed by someone more than you need them.... changing frequency from depressed to any other requires a static charge,.... Amethyst worked against you because you try to resist the shock.... Take the shock and be thankful that you feel anything ever!
