Carnelian is a beacon of strength and determination, sometimes we need a little energy boost to get in flow with our creativity or manifestations. This Carnelian crystal guided meditation will take you deep into your lower chakras, unblocking and strengthening your root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras. If you do not have a carnelian crystal - that is okay - this guided meditation is a visualization exercise as well so you may imagine a carnelian crystal with you during the guided meditation.
