@Cristian Rincon I went over all the videos that pertained to California. Then I started vocab and made sure I had that down. Then did the practice exams! Hope that helped (:
Heads up: took the exam twice and this question was on both - when must an agent report to the potential buy that someone has died in the premises. Answer= when it has happened in the last 3 years. AQM all questions matter
Just passed second try😊 First try I just looked at 200 vocab and for a few hours and took exam. I got 67% 😒. Then after taking the exam I knew what I was missing and required to do. It was be better at vocab and do master exam questions. 1. Read prep e book till you get most of the concepts on it. 2. Scored 90% on vocab exam did like 200 questions 3 times and got 90-97%. 3. Watch this video and 75 California questions. Also did master exam until I was confident. Don’t worry about bad score on master exam. I just did tons of master exam questions and just read answer and explanation. To be more safe do master exams few times and score 90% (imo overkill but hey everyone is different). That’s all I did and only studied like 4 days… but I suggest just study until you meet the above goals. Study more state base questions, while there are more federal I felt I was still not ready for them. Do a few practice sessions on state based questions after you are good with federal. Lastly: WHEN DOING PRACTICE EXAMS FOR ANY TOPIC FOCUS ON CORRECT ANSWER AND EXPLANATION REMEMBER THE WORDING ON EXAM IS DIFFERENT FOR BASICALLY EVERY SINGLE QUESTION. No question is same… GL

I took the California Real Estate Exam today (7/25/2023) and passed. Here's some observations: 1. There were ZERO math problems. 2. The study questions on various utube videos AND my exam prep class (Colibri Real Estate) were helpful but the questions were definitely switched up and added wording different than what I had seen, but if you understand the concepts you can decifer their "trickiness." There were a couple of questions that I had NEVER seen.

I went through the exam all the way through, wrote down the # of the questions that were a maybe and unknown to me, took a break then went back and reviewed the questions I set aside. I also reviewed twice, right before the test using the Exam review video w Irene. I studied everyday for 3 weeks straight and on and off for months leading up to the exam day. Prep agent was a big help w understanding vocab & concepts but my exam did have alot of questions I never seen before. I still pushed through, stayed focused and relied on the knowledge i did know to answer the questions. Just remember you only need a 70% to pass!! Good luck🍀

I might never practice in my whole life but passing this exam was my biggest goal. I heard one guy in Arizona tried 14 times and still failing. I was ready to try 14 times or more.
Passed today Joe 8/15/24 california. Bought the program from Groupon. Studied- bought your prep agent course for 1 month then youtube it out for 2 months.
@@courtneyjj3743 I’m sorry I just now saw this. I’d do as many practice quizzes as possible (I did mine through Allied) and also try to learn the vocabulary to the point to where you see a word out of context you can still make your best guess. That is where the prep agent videos helped me. Also the test tries to trick you so as hard as it is don’t overthink it. I hope this is helpful, you can do it 😊
Hey prep agent is it better to do the sales exam and license at once or just the sales exam im still trying to figure out the difference i thought passing the exam would mean your licensed?

@@courtneyjj3743 try to understand concepts of everything. That what this license is about and how we are going to work in real life and what issues can arise. Then you shouldn’t have any problem. Focus more on Practical part of course.

As of 01/01/2023 I was told by my RE school that very little to no math is on the California exam. Do you know how accurate this is. Not a math person so this take away some of my concerns. Looking forward to your reply. TIA

There was only one math question in the test. About discount point. No other math questions.

Just finished the salesperson exam. Maybe 5-8 questions like this out of 150. Prep agent has a good UX, but the content is weak
