Looking jacked man. Can we get a breakdown on your gym rudiments? 😄 But for real though love your content bud, one of the best drum channels by far for a quick fix of wisdom. All the best
Thanks, glad you dig. And ha, get asked about that quite a bit these days. Football, running, hiking, v basic “bro split” with weights or resistance bands. Just like drums, you don’t need fancy systems or methods, just show up and be consistent, train hard and results come. Cheers.
Good lesson Mike. My brother in law is a good pal of Rory Doyle and he did not play on the recording as the band were in Ireland and Hozier was using session guys in California but it’s Rory on the live one 👍

Yes, although that doesn’t make this fill different from any others - “feeling it” is always important I’d say, even if we’re also using reading/counting to get our head around it. One of the central themes of this channel is that IMO drummers don’t need to choose between feeling it and reading/counting, they’re both great! And can be used in conjunction. Cheers for watching.

Very cool, thanks for watching. I'm assuming the recorded version is programmed drums, it sounds like it.
