That anker magsafe power bank is top tier. Got a magsafe case so I can use it with my samsung & I never leave without it now. Not too invasive to carry round even in your pockets.
How much did that watch cost you? And where did you get it from? It's hard because I just went and tried looking for it but I've seen many fakes like on Amazon with reviews complaining about how their "indigo feature" that lets you see the time with ease doesn't work so it's all darkened and hard to see, specially at night. With a single glance you can tell yours is the real deal, hence my questions. (So far I know it's a Timex Expedition Scout Solar powered).
I bought this charger after watching some jon gadget vids, but it’s the incharge x. It had any charger cable you’d most likely need. It’s a dope lil six in one charger. Highly recommend
@@darkfarfetch3664 personally for me it charged pretty good. I was using a brick that had a fast charge too though. It died on me though kinda unsure if I’d buy another cause of that though
Weird as I have multiples of the incharge 6 multi-cables that I've had since the KS launch and they've all held up really well. Only on one of them has the attachment points between the lightning and usb-c ends have come loose.
When choosing a tool like the doohickey, as much as it may be TSA safe, I had my original taken off me by Egyptian airport security. So, it's a good idea to think about the carry restrictions for leaving your destination. You might get it in but that doesn't mean you'll get it out
Danny, recently found your excellent channel; thanks so much for opening our eyes to an incredible range of quality travel products. Your detailed, thoughtful and professional reviews have helped drastically narrow the field of travel packs and revealed some cool accessories - and we’re about ready to gear up and go… What’s your latest recommendation on compression cube systems/packing organizers? Leaning towards the Aer TP3 for packs and know they have a cube system; just wanted to look at any other viable options. Many thanks!
Thank you for watching and for the support! I’m glad the videos have been helpful and that’s great you’re considering the aer travel pack 3! There’s lots of great packing cube options to pick from, the aer ones are pretty good the main drawback for me is they don’t compress so the ones I have been using the most recently are the peak design packing cubes because the compress and they have a compartment for dirty clothes.
@@blastblast4627 Thank you, I did find out later on and saw there are "different editions" to it, so it is VERY important to know this when you're looking for the one in the video. They're very tricky to get if you're not sharp, because of course there are people taking advantage of the fact that some won't understand the difference and get/buy their wrong ones...which have a different pricing too because of the obvious. But thank you
Thank you for watching! I don’t think it will replace it since this one is a little smaller and the flexible structure of this one allows it to squeeze into pockets that the cap.5 cannot
Thank you for watching! This one has worked well for me overall, no issues with charging the MacBook although if you try to charge three devices at the same time it won’t work as well
Hear me out wouldn’t it be easier to just jot down something in your phone notes app just saying misplace the pen and you’ll have a pad but nothing to write with or misplace both
Thank you for watching and fair points! In most cases the phone is still more convenient but for travel I still like to have the notebook and paper as it can help converse battery on my phone, I don’t have to worry about drawing attention to the phone, I can sketch stuff in the notebook and if needed it’s also nice to be able to tear a sheet out
One's phone doesn't allow one to leave a note, pass someone a number, easily sketch a drawing or what have you. The paper can also be used in a pinch for firestarting, emergency TP, or other things. Besides, some people just work better with a pen and notebook for some things.
i used to be that guy who brings everything and anything for fear of not having it while travelling however ... as my business trips gets more frequent or multiple short flights in a period, I switch from being doraemon to super extreme minimalist. Of those you list, you can do away with all except the latest cable type C to type C (unless you are still the f*ggot old iphone user!) & the powerbank. the rest you can borrow from the hotel.
How do you borrow a backup battery for your phone when you're stranded at the airport with a multi hour delay after all the shops have closed? I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it, to an extent of course. If I find after 6+ months of hard travel that I haven't actually used something, I'll drop it from my travel kit and reevaluate it in my every day non travel kit.
@@ammarh4032 are you asking me? My travel cables kit is a small 10k backup battery and a Rolling Square InCharge keychain charging dongle. One side is USBA and USBC, the other side is USBC and Lightning. I also have a longer cable of the same and an Anker power brick for the wall with a USBA and 2 USBC ports. Those cover all of my charging needs by far and away for spans of infinite amounts of time.
