Love Ernie so much. Especially for how he has always defended Brandon Lee's legacy and questioned why there needs to be a Crow remake. Good, honorable man.
As a pinball enthusiast, I have always respected and appreciated that Mr. Hudson took the time to do custom voiceover callouts for the 2016 Stern Pinball Machine in full character and so enthusiastically. He alone really elevated that game to be a true top tier pinball collector piece. ❤
You know what I would love to do I'd like to ask one of these people Ernie Hudson Dan aykroyd you have Egon Spengler descendants in the movie what about Dana Barrett's baby Oscar why is an Oscar in the movie with them
I just wish there was a list of all Ernie’s upcoming Conventions. I keep missing seeing him when he comes out here because I don’t see anything posted on it until usually after it’s happened. I really want to meet him.
Ernie Hudson is one of the best actors in Ghostbusters and when I watch his interview I had some information about him and he did say that he learned a lot from Harold ramis one of the Ghostbusters that he worked with a year ago but still Ernie Hudson did a pretty good job in the Ghostbusters movies that he was in
I really hope we get one more movie to round out a Spengler family trilogy. Phoebe becoming an adult seems fitting, her going from child, to teenager, and then adult in the movies makes sense. Plus McKenna Grace is spectacular! I could see her story moving onto research on how to guide lost souls to move on from this realm, honoring both her grandfather and Melody. Perhaps in the years between FE and this new story, she helps develop a wing of the Paranormal Research Center for this purpose since she couldn't legally be in the field. I could see part of the plot arc dealing with activism over the rights of spirits, an idea that has been in the franchise since the first film on a magazine cover, but never fully explored. This could shake up the big-bad/apocalypse formula quite nicely as the major conflict would not come from a world ending event, but a more grounded, philosophical threat to what the Ghostbusters do, and how they can justify it to the shift in public opinion. This opens the door for great comedic actors to be cast as activists too. Anyway, just had to get these thoughts out somehow. TL;DR, MAKE ANOTHER MOVIE!!!!
I'm a huge fan of the Ghostbusters franchise. The cast is great. Ernie Hudson looks good for his age. He will forever be Winston to me. The same with Bill, Dan and Harold. Those four men will always be the Ghostbusters. The new group is great too. Be mad. I enjoy the female Ghostbusters as well. 👻
Interesting how after Afterlife and before Frozen Empire, the OG actors couldn’t stop talking up how excited they were for more Ghostbusters, the future of the franchise and their involvement in it. Since Frozen Empire, they all seem to have changed their tune, almost kind of distancing themselves from the franchise or downplaying it.
@blairmcdougall9357 Just because you fantasise about a minor being a lesbian doesn't mean that's what happened in the film. Its almost as though a socially awkward nerd found a friend and a bunch of basement dwelling knuckle draggers who need their hard drives checked, don't understand socially awkward girls.
Third Spengler Family movie should be with Winston running for Mayor against Peck. Winston has to let his kids work Zeddemore Industries more. Perfect segway to the next generation running things.
Hudson is still on the past I don’t think it’s affecting him as far as his career Hudson was a great part of the movie but remember that the poster was made by people who watched Saturdays night live and that was why he was not included on the cover so that was why he wasn’t included on the covers remember that he was on the cover of the second one and I don’t know why we have to keep talking about it like it’s was a big thing
I know this would be controversial to say but, it would be interesting to see if you could re-create the old 1980s Ghostbusters using AI technology with the voices and characters and create new situations for him. The future of filmmaking is changing and you might be able to revivethe feeling of nostalgia from it, don’t know, but it might be interesting.
The next movie should be when they find out there is a alternate universe and you see Arsenio Hall, Maurice Lamarche, Dave Coulier and Frank Welker play as live-action versions of The Real Ghostbusters. The movie would be like Star Trek (2009) and No Way Home but still be a bit ground without showing too much about alternate realities. Peter Venkman’s dad appears as an older man about to die played by Judd Hirsch. And the whole movie should take place on October. And the climax of the movie takes place on trick-or-treat. One of the ghosts can be a Oni. Sigourney weaver returns.
Frozen Empire only broke even, sadly. Not sure a new film seems likely or wanted after Frozen Empire. I look forward to the new animated series but maybe the films need to take a break now.
Im sure if I remember correctly Ernie gets the last word in both movies i thought that was a cool touch, frozen empire was terrible for a true ghostbusters fan
It definitely had its issues. I’m hoping if another one is green lit, they keep what worked and move on from what didn’t. Definitely get Phoebe a boyfriend!
@@jasonschlierman412yes mate the writing was terrible, it was worlds away from the originals, was aimed at completely the wrong audience, i heard theres a script for one set in scotland, dan akroyd wanted GB2 to be in scotland but it wasnt possible in the 80s, as a scotsman i would like this but it ain’t ghostbusters without new york
It wasn't as good as Ghostbusters 2 or 1 it just did not have that comedy neither did it have that style like the originals with the music, it's did not have Murray's style of comedy it falls flat.
@ yup! Completely agree with everything you said, the dry humour from the originals is what made it for me, absolute genius some of it. I thought afterlife was a nice touch to the franchise though.
Mans nearly 80 and looks like hes early 50s. Great genes.
I love ernie hudson
Ernie Hudson loves you
lol hi
Ernie Hudson is a GEM of a Human being. Everyone protect this man at all costs.
Love Ernie so much. Especially for how he has always defended Brandon Lee's legacy and questioned why there needs to be a Crow remake. Good, honorable man.
I love how Ernie is the face of the franchise in real life, and Winston is the face of the franchise in universe.

He doesn't look 80 neither does he look 60! neither is anything going to stop him from being in future films.

Its because it went woke and gay

Okay now this isn't something you see everyday...Inglorious Trekperts hosting a Ghostbusters interview! 😆

Follow gooberson, callie, phoebe and trevor. Or lucky phoebe, podcast and trevor. That way its not over crowded.

To not have the 40th anniversary movie be a multi-universe crossover was a huge mistake.
Frozen Empire only broke even, sadly. Not sure a new film seems likely or wanted after Frozen Empire.
I look forward to the new animated series but maybe the films need to take a break now.
I think another one is coming, but the budget will be seriously slashed and a number of actors won’t return as a result.
@ Sounds like Peter and Ray might not be back.
I,ve heard arumour that,s it,s gnna be aworldwide GB TV series across the globe 🌍👻🚑
Erie does not age! He looks like in his 40s!
