Thanon Ram Buttri is Ram Buttri Road (not Ram Buttri Alley) which indeed runs parallel to Khao San. You have to cross Chakrabongse Road on the north side to get from Thanon Ram Buttri to Soi Ram Buttri (Ram Buttri Alley). I see your video contains footage of both Ram Buttri Road as well as Ram Buttri Alley. I do agree that these are the best roads in Bangkok.
Thanks for watching. Last boat to Sathorn Pier is about 06:30 PM. From here, the closest MRT station is Samyod Station but it needs to change for BTS at Silom Station. Then you can reach Sathorn pier. Another best way is using grab service.
