I stayed here in this Posh area of Sukhumvit when I visited BKK last year. I like Bangkok roads without any digging for Cable laying or water pipes as all the Cables are bunched at the top..Also no Vehicle Horn Noise.

What are some good apartments/hotels with kitchens that have monthly rates here? I've stayed in Arize Hotel around here and it was 50k/mo. Hope land was much nicer and is 55k/mo. Hoping to find something cheaper that's 1 bedroom rather than a studio but maybe that's not realistic for 1 month rentals in such a nice area. Thanks!
