@@camila_costa12 yes, it was ordered but at the times when Islam came and Non-believers of the community were searching the Ppl who were newly converted to Islam and they were killing the Muslims....but even in the beginning Allah(God) ordered Muhammad and his followers (Muslims ) to be patience and kill not... but because Muslims were short in number and they were in fear enough that the non-believers will harm them and their families , then this was ordered from Allah (God) to kill the non-believers but with certain conditions like not harming women and children etc.... Which meant, they were killing only those who were fighting with them But definitely not any other non-believers of that time.. Hope it helps You picked out single verse out of context my fellow...
