Get a raiderfab Bumper Pin kit, it uses 2x quicklatch pins to align the bumper and secure it on the sides

I think it would look cool if you could get your hands on a garage vary front bumper, rep or just similar if there is anything else. It would remove the plastic part you don't like and everything. Or just get the grill from them and repaint/vinyl the front bumper.
Would love to, but for now the stocky with work....there is a cool plastic delete thing that’s company makes, might run that

not a permanent solution but on those plastic pieces i usually put tire shine or wd40 to give a really shiny finish, of course it’s only good for a wash and will go away but makes it look shiny
