Try putting every Windows 11 UI element in Windows 10 and see if it works
Windows 11 is basically still Windows 10 but bloatware, bad UI and spyware. So it could work.

if there is anything 32bit it uses SysWOW64 which essentially emulates 32bit…
so even if everything was 32bit it would still run no problem

It may be almost unusable, but my eyes are no longer in pain, and that’s what matters!
I remember removing a few of those files to fix the desktop after deleting the DWM, on Windows 8.1, it worked really well. Also, if I recall correctly, the win32 controls were stored in a file called "comctl32.dll" so you could try seeing what happens after deleting it as well

It simple. Lot lf windows 11 apps are WinUI 3 apps.
WinUI 3 apps uses XAML to display things like Buttons, and other.
XAML is displayed with Windows.UI.Xaml, which is in Windows.UI.Xaml.dll, that you deleted
