Having bought/watched all of your udemy courses and most of your youtube videos over the past year, the value you provide Gabriel is unparalleled. From the bottom of my heart, this stranger wishes you nothing but success and I will be buying Rabbit's Tale no matter what ;)
Rabbit silhouette looks like "Kaze-wild masks" game Lovely progress bro . This was my style of game design for past 10 years when i started gamedev inspired by rayman legends style
Plot twist: this whole video was just a coffee advertisement. But seriously, nice video. I like this format. I would love to see some videos like this with specific tasks and/or problems you face when developing the game and how you overcome them.
Ahhh you got me! This was all sponsored by a portuguese coffee brand! 🙃 But yeah thank you, glad you enjoyed this, I think that's a great idea, we face problems weekly and overcoming them is an interesting challenge sometimes.
I understand yeah, I must imagine how weird it might seem from the outside, but it's not all about me or my skills. :) Basically, my girl Marisa is an awesome illustrator, but she had no job back in 2019. So we decided to join forces and create a game. And that's how Rabbit's Tale was born :)
Wish i could be like you, pause. But in all seriousness, I'm an introvert with trust issues and have massive anxiety about my future and video game career. I already put all the ideas to my game projects in my notebooks, it's a trilogy btw. I fear about the competition between game studios/companies, the sales, the ratings etc and how do i take care of my own studio even thought no talented qualities like my workers if i have in the future after high school. Congratulations for progressing btw gabriel, i wished you the best of luck as well i wish myself the best of luck of the upcoming future that is waiting for me
Wish you the best of luck too! I myself I'm not much of an extrovert, but hey, we do what we can and work on ourselves, bit by bit, everyday. Stay well.
Hello Gabriel. I love your effects. Perhaps this is a stupid question, but I don't know how to handle these effects with bloom in combination with fog in the scene. I mean the fog you can turn on in the lighting settings. I need fog and I need effects, but the fog makes the bloom disappear. It's all grey and washed out. Is there a solition? Thank you for all that you do. :)
Oh you're from Portugal. My favourite European country! If it was last year, I would apply for a position in your studio 🧡
I am genuinely happy for you! your game studio looks so cozy, can't wait to get more updates on the game :)
Thank you, there will be more news shortly! 💙

Definitely something different from your usual videos. Would love to see more stuff like this and more updates in the future. Good luck with the game!
Thanks! Will do!
The one thing that surprised me a bit is that you, known for those fantastic 3d particle effects, went with 2D

Rabbit silhouette reminds me of Wakfu anime and Hob game. Cool, I like design.
Mano a melhor das sortes para voces, eu também sou português e tenho esse sonho de abrir um estudio de jogos
Obrigado! 🙌
Which couch games were you playing on the switch?
I think the first one was Super Mario Party Superstars and the other one was Moving Out :D
Good luck hope it will be a hit!
Thank you!
Nice game and a good work environment. I'm also an indie and i know the efforts put into this.
Everything here is awesome and inspirational. For me in this video just please work on noise reduction. there is too much noise from your camera.
Ooo, this game reminds me of Ori! Keep up the great work you guys, this game looks siiiick!
