Generation Zero. Welcome to 1980's Sweden. The local population has disappeared, and hostile machines roam the streets fight off the hostile machines solo or with a team, scavenge for weapons and loot in the fight to survive and find out what or who caused all of this.
My gameplay walkthrough will include main missions kicking some robot ass safe house unlocks collectibles skill unlocks as we try to find out what went wrong, oh and any and all goodies we come across whilst playing !

The spetnaz is impossible to avoid damage unless your in a bunker. The gas will kill you through houses. And the cannon as well. They can be dealt with, but having 2 to 4 on your is I'll advised.
I got like second hand PTSD from being too immersed in my own character's shoes whilst in a battle with two of these things. 11/10 love the Firebird
Overall, I welcome these new additions even though it trolled me with 1 soldier and 4 spetsnaz firebirds all at once and just mere moments after finishing those off, 2 more spetsnaz showed up. lol
My only complaint with the firebirds is when they spawn in on the map. They are super loud compared to other mechs. There is no fade in or out when they spawn in or spawn out. For how good the sound design this game is, this oversight sticks out like a sore thumb.
Riding the moped was very fun with a friend and finding the fire birds was hard to find when they were destroyed on the ground.
took me some time to find the rival one i killed as it was hovering over a cliff an went flying when it blow up.
The emp animation is not what I expected, I thought they would land, but they actually stay in air and go into a closed position, still really cool!
I haven't tried emp yet, good to know.
Could you imagine if it would knock it out of the sky momentarily via emp? The stagger lock would be ridiculous. 🤣
@@tainteddragon2438 I wish it would slowly landed and you could shoot it like that, then it would go back up when it reactivated

I need to farm for those experimental weapons again... Lost my last save and had to start from scratch a couple months ago...

You can use you binoculars if a you have it on your skills, to hack tge firebird it freeze it and you can then shoot at it.
Met 2 Spetnaz straight away. Killed immediately by one which became a rival. It then flew away & didn't come back. The 2nd loitered in the area & took ages to down. That cannon shreds you even through walls.
what ive also noticed is that the Spetnaz ones always Fire a Burst of 5 shots before... reloading i guess, so they shoot 5 Shots with their howizer before trying something else
Here because I just encountered my first one. I popped out of a bunker and heard this terrible sound; looked up and saw this UFO fly out from above the rock face. I heard of these but I thought they were small like the buzzards. They're so much worse than I thought they were 😆
Also, they look like they should be able to walk. What if they dropped to the ground when their jets are shot off and began to scuttle like a long-legged spider? That'd be terrifying

TIP FOR ALL MACHINES USE SHOCK AMMO ON MOVING PARTS OF THE MACHINE SUCH AS LEGS THIS WILL SHOCK THEM DEALING A LOT OF DAMAGE
When its just one, the experimental pvg 90 sniper does the job, but when faced with multiple firebirds at once, the experimental kvm 90 machine gun works nicely.
Just came across this, and I see I'm not the only one with issues with the scope and binoc sensitivity. I took all the scopes off all my guns because of that. anyway, great little vid, nicely informative without bloat.
They are probably going to continue with the Soviet robots for a bit longer but I wonder if theres plans for another faction of bots in the future.
That'd be cool. Another robot faction would also mean another faction of weapons to use.
The 3 at the moment I could think of that could work are either Germany, China or Norway.
@@tainteddragon2438 Germany. I would love a couple WW2 weapon packs though. Plenty of thompsons, mp40s, and all that stuff floating around during the cold war.

Actually the best way to destroy soldier and spetsnaz class firebird is the experimental ag4 with 7.62 shock ammo.
You have to just shoot the top of the head,not components,only the head.
It takes almost 25 bullets
Hey, bro, can you make a video with the locations of the 3 collectible blueprints regarding the new soviet machine? (3 classes - 3 blueprints).
If you use the experimental lmg it takes off the armour and deal damage to the components
I have yet to see anyone's guide that use my strategy. Experimental RPG, 5-8 double shots to the body depending on class and accuracy, and it's down!
Player own control points need a AAA bunker that don't count towards the MG/AT bunkers to deal with those as nothing like just chilling out making med/ammo for one of them to wonder by fighting others, to spot you and attack you.
Quit to main menu and jump back in, all robots will respawn elswhere

You say they are difficult but a mere hour after the update went live i found a method that makes the spetsnaz class basically the easiest to deal with.
Shoot it with a EMP round from a GRG then unload with AP Rounds with your Experimental PVG take’s a total of 19 AP rounds to the ball to kill a level 4 spetsnaz FireBird personaly the firebirds are easier than a tank

just run into a flying machine in the game,was a bit suprised for the 1st time in a long time in the game...But i was able to shoot it down(but also almost died a few times because was taking fire n burned so yes not good,but victory in the end!!
This is 1 of the games that actually are a bit different but unfortunatly not the biggest production n because of that a little dead in open world in a bad way(npcs are horrible,But on the other hand im not playing this more then to shoot)
Just a great and different game that i have been playing a few years now(jump into it a few days here n there and suddenly not playing it for a bit so yes if i feel in that mood its a great game i think+grew up during the 80s in sweden so i know how it looked n alot of things actually looked the same as in game(mayby not as dead though ha,ha,ha)
I have had a problem with these firebirds tanks wolf's harvesters all of them just dropping ammo no exp weapon from rivals and rarely get good gear

I hate these things they always turn up when you are in the middle of fighting loads of hard enemies and just shred you to bits.

Those single shot rounds they have are NASTY. You can't hide in any building other than a bunker. You take a lot of damage no matter what. At least battling a Reaper you can hide in a building for cover.
Imagine these Firebirds as a REAPER 😱 that would be EPIC
I think he's got it set to pudding difficulty. It didn't look like he was actually being targetted. Either way, standing in the open under one of these isn't a good idea.
Maybe or he has equipment that does something. For me even on adventure they will track you down and hit hard. Just absolutely obliterate you. It seems 30 frames they seem to shoot far faster than on 60 FPS (I noticed this as I was playing and watching others on PC. The fire rate on ps5 console is more rapid
@@oscarfunez3806 Hmm. Not really sure the fire rate would make much difference. Once your targetted it's hasta la vista, baby. I had two in Hagaboda. I was in a tower block basement and was being hit for massive dps. I nailed them but I went through a pile of medkits. I was on adventure too.
@@roop298 the spetnaz is the most annoying. You have to use a big building to avoid damage. Getting inside a house is literal death sentence.

god this update sucks, firebirds ? more like flying hoovers,talk about the most annoying noise ever invented hovering over your head, was this even play tested ? shockingly bad update.
