Nice triple train meet. I noticed the first 2 trains were on the same track. That got me almost freaking out, because they were on the same track. Then I realized they were several miles apart from one another.

WWOT - the guru of train meets! I am always impressed at the speed these trains make there. Track speed must be 50-55 mph - they are all moving fast!
See that yellow, diamond shaped sign? The top number, 79 is the speed for Amtrack. The bottom number, 60 is track speed for freight.

I166 had seven single unit well cars in front and six in a row in front of the DPU. Most of the time there will be 3 or five unit cars.
I agree about a mix of different types of cars. Stackers or all auto racks can be boring
