    When I started Calistenics, I could only do 5 pullups with the band. Now I'm at 3 sets of 10 pullups without the band, but I can't seem to get past that. I'll try to integrate this into my training plan. Thanks for the tips Andrea!

      Zancadas con salto,Sentadillas a una pierna,Wall sit,Puentes de gluteo ,Sentadillas con salto,elevaciones de gemelo,Todo tipo de sentadillas,esto con peso corporal puedes compmicarlo haciendo a una pierna o solo apoyando las punteras, Con saltos mas altos o añadiendo peso como con un chaleco de peso por ejemplo ,Y obviamente los de gimnasio el peso muerto y la sentadilla

    Gli faccio tuttora alcuni di questi esercizi, es. Io nel primo esercizio de essere appeso arrivo ai 2 minuti, nelle trazioni scapolari arrivo ai 20 25
    Nelle trazioni arrivo a 5/6 per aumentarle cosa consigli..

    Ma conviene iniziare a far trazioni (partendo da principianti) il prima possibile, oppure conviene prima fare qualche mese di manubri, squat, addominali, insomma quegli esercizi easy da fare a corpo libero e con un semplice set di manubri componibili?
