You can help save them buy some online and have them shipped to you and breed them then sell them most website's do over night shipping to avoid them dying and by breeding and selling you make them more common so it will be harder for them to go extinct
@@snacky-cp8hm **Yeah, and that way they'll be living in their TRUE natural habitat, inside a glass case with driftwood, bagged peat moss and American maple leaves on the bottom, in a suburban Milwaukee split level! Just kidding.... I guess it may be a good idea to breed them outside their natural habitat, so that there would be a large supply of them that could be used as 'replacements' for a dying population in Vietnam. BUT you should make damn sure you are buying them from a reputable breeder who DOESN'T acquire them from the wild!**
@@patrickmcleod111 🎖️🏆 Damn dude, you not only have my same first and last name(with the same spelling no less), but you also utilize the same brand of irony and sarcasm that I routinely deploy! Unfortunately, there are quite a few people who don't get sarcasm, and they mistakenly get all bent out of shape over it. As far as the frogs are concerned, there are a lot of rare & endangered frogs and toads being extracted from their native habitats and sold into the pet market. But there are also an increasing number of amphibian breeders who provide captive bred frogs. They are helping the native populations by providing more genetically diverse populations of each species, which could be brought together in the situation of a native population collapse, and used to breed a new, healthy, genetically diverse replacement population. Hopefully most buyers will limit their purchases to suppliers who _ONLY_ deal in captive bred animals.
@sinnerandprejudice There are animals and insects living out in the back yards of people who live in the suburbs, and many/most of those people are completely unaware of their existence! I just saw my 1st gray tree frog, Cope's gray tree frog, and spring peeper frogs last year! They had been living up in the trees in the woods behind mother's house all along....
I'm sure it's stressed out after a long session of professional videotaping. It doesn't quite match the color of the moss on that chunk of bark they have here, because that's North American moss, and the mossy frog's color and patterning is designed to camouflage it in species of moss and lichens that grow on the walls of Vietnamese forest caves.
@Huy Pham oh , i know that Vietnam is super peaceful , i was making that old war joke , i'm not even american lol , but i can see your point , yeah , Vietnam is for sure an Nice place
People sell everything nowadays... Some breed and sell Tiger for rich people... They even sell bear for China bear farm... Maybe those Mossy frog are rarely seen in their nature habitat but people capture it and breed them
im so sick and tired of these endangered animal videos, can we humans get our shit together and stop killing everything?! Living for the day when the endangered animal list is no longer needed :(
Oh my god how adorable, I wish I could singlehandedly save all of them :(

What a cutie. I'd love to have a responsibly raised captive-born one as a pet, assuming they can be easily healthy and happy in captivity.

This poor frog looks so confused...

How do you know they are endangered? They’re probably everywhere, you just can’t find them lololol
