    Everyday I would go and have a long hard workout on the tyre's punching, kicking, elbows, knee's this went on for about 6 months before the Tyre shop got a restraining order on me and I was barred from being within 100 metre's of any tyre sale or repair outlet unless I was accompanied by another person and we were actually buying something.....
    Can you believe the shop said I was scaring customers away in their court case against me.

      its a park in Ukraine, in Odessa city. it's a big sport ground sorf of place where soldiers trained and now people come and do calisthenics and all these kind of activities.

    Really good bro, impressive. I wouldn't mind being there to train right there with ya.
    Feedback: Work on combining your footwork and movement with punching, instead of always punching while immobilized.
    I.E., practice stepping with your punches both in and out, and covering different distances such as in fighting, and out fighting.
    You have good footwork and movement, so start punching more while you take steps

    • @mattjones9095
      @mattjones9095 9 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I think he's definitely fast enough as is.
      I know it's hard, and often seemingly pointless, to keep your hands up when punching things that don't hit back. However, people always say to drill punches for muscle memory. It's almost the same with keeping your hands up. When he's about 40-60cm from the tyres and his hands are at his chest, he'd get smacked in a real fight.
      A lot of people think that 'Oh, when it comes down to it, I know I'll just remember'. However, when you're fighting, you can't afford to be thinking about anything unnecessary. When punches do I throw, what punches will my opponent throw, How will I react to those punches, Constantly adapting your gameplan, analysing your opponents rhythm...'. Try to keep yours hands up at all times.
      Other than that, you seem to be doing great. I might try to mix in some quick uppercuts/heavy uppercuts every now-and-again, but I can see they would be hard on a stack of tyres like that. Keep it up!
