I chose 034 from the get go seeing what they're putting out there and really just how much they're involved and the content they put out there. Saw how a ton of people were coming from other tuners for the tcu tune alone cause its just so much more refined. They're simply a cut above the rest. Excited to see what they do for the b9 platform.
HOLY FUCK!!!!, for years that beeping whilst doors open annoyed me for years and wasn’t sure if I should turn it OFF permanently on the OBD… I seriously didn’t know that button trick LOL 😂 thanks bro!
I seen that on TH-cam and ran outside to try it sometimes u gotta hit it like 3 times lol
With an OBD11 you can permanently turn it off. Lots of other fun things you can do with it too
034 front strut bar is the best suspension mod i have done to my B8.5 Allroad. No need to remove the control arms, like directions say, just tap the holes you put in the strut towers with a good quality drill tap bit. Takes the job from 8 hours to 1 hour. The towers metal is thicker than the provided nuts anyways, so you even get more threads.
I am on Accuair running 20" x 10.5" shoes, and the car use to shimmy/sway/twist when cornering if there was any dips, bumps, or ruts in the corner, now the front end is on rails.
You have to get the front and rear sway bar kit with the transmission mount and a strut brace will improve handling dramatically
Have a 2016 S4, same color as yours. Looking into tuning and been leaning towards APR. As soon as you said "If you live in a hot area you can turn your fan on 100% for better cooling". I was sold, Its 120 out where i live lol.
I sit at red light and at the track with a smile on my face while my fans are loud asf lol no one knows it’s a big plus they probably think the cars overheating lol

I just flashed 034 stage 1 ECU and TCU on my B9 S5 and I love it. I kept reading and seeing so many things about APR that just turned me off to them. I plan on switching maps at least a couple times per year so I need flash at home capability, plus I kept hearing APR is louder (which is a negative for me) and power delivery isn’t smooth. 034 is where it’s at
Hell yea bro that’s why I love them too I flash my car sometimes 3 times a day if I have a race or something 🔥

Nice video. My b9 s4 currently has a unitronic stage 1 91 tune. But I bought an 034 stage 2 tune ordered a couple days ago. Unitronic has been neglecting its Audi research for a tcu tune. I can’t wait for the 034 to come in.
Don’t get me wrong, the unitronic tune is awesome for what it is. I’ve had it for 2 years now with no problems. But I like how in depth the 034 guys go into every aspect of their tunes. Even the cooling fan runs cooler in normal conditions.
What do you have to do to pass California smog? Do you have to remove and install stock pulleys to pass or is it as simple as just putting the tune back to stock? Trying to figure out how far I can go and still be able to pass smog without having to do anymore than to change my tune back to stock. Thanks.
I got my Audi b9 from auction, it came with a stage 2 tune, if not stage 2+, it has a massive apr intercooler, and ARMA carbon fiber intake , as well as FI exhaust system, should I just keep what it has?

So with the fans and launch rev set using the cruise stalk, does the cruise still work? Or do you cruise with full fans?

yea cruise still works & yea i got gutted cats & the fans only turn on when stationary
so the crackles are only active in sport mode? they go away in comfort? i want to get a crackle tune but don’t want it to be annoying to daily drive so having the option to turn off crackles in comfort would be awesome
It’ll pop sometimes in comfort I think it only pops in confront when the stability control is off its perfect for daily driving

I'm in the middle of a heat exchanger upgrade and the crank pulley upgrade at the mo (187mm) just wondering which ECU software 034 offer for dual pulley without the throttle body (UC) upgrade? Is it stage 2+ or stage 2 or? All this stage stuff confuses me 😂 do you have the TCU upgrade too? Thanks in advance from the UK!
With out the throttle body is stage 2 and yea I have the tcu tune too it’s great🔥
@@DynamicDemonRacing thanks for the quick reply! 034 is much cheaper than APR too. I just can't see anything on the 034 website for the dual pulley map, only stage 2+ for use with E40 fuel states dual pulley.
This is such hard work to me, never had to put so much research in 😂

I got a video on it but upgraded pulley or pulleys up to you, a cold air intake, I’d recommend gutted cats or test pipes so they don’t blow from the heat or new power and a head exchanger 🙌🔥

Check eBay I know they got good prices like less then 1k I think they don’t sell the center piece tho, u can also get that on eBay too tho

I would agree with you 034 Motorsport in stuff it better tune a specialized in the Audis so it's a very good tune matter what you do one two or State Street cars fast as it is I said I actually an Audi technician I have a 2016 Premium Plus it's it's really nice it's got all the carbon Alcatraz seats and you in the back say S4 on them it's really nice but I have my buddy Alex from sheepy racing I have my tune from him and I'm at 520 horsepower and that's just from the tune that's from not anything else launch control is good there's only so many you can do and when you're racing you're not going to be in launch control all the time APR is a good tune they put a little bit more power down then 034 Motorsport if you put Royal Purple oil in that racing Royal Purple you're going to gain more horsepower and can you keep your engine cooler it's me to keep the temperature the engine cooler very expensive it's about $130 for 7 quarts but it works cuz I run it in my S4 and I run it in my Audi R8 that's a different topic that's a different Beast

You’ll be fine I flashed my car maybe 50 times and used a battery charger once lol it won’t die just make sure your Wifi is strong so it’ll load fast

There good too I know they have a 2-step launch control and there fans run too if you want idk if they have water meth files or how many other files they have. I know 034 has allot of files from experience. One of my subscribers has a IE tattoo and is die hard IE tho

No, the cruise control goes back to stock function above 10mph. I have some videos posted showing what the launch is like.
I have the APR 91 tune for my Stage 2+ right now - is it worth the $700 to swap to 034? 700 bones for like 25 crank hp or so?
Hell yea, I came from stage 2+ Apr and the difference between the power & the advanced launch control is crazy. The first 034 launch felt like there was rockets hooked up to the car lol no exaggeration

I highly recommend it, it’s such a clever and simple to use device. It’s awesome.
Only issue is where I am, speeding is a big big crime lol so it’s hard to find a location to be able to use it.
Would be good to see some numbers as your car sounds mental on that launch.

It’s the best because it doesn’t pop unless you downshift in sport so it’s not rice you know what I mean
APR is just not it with Audi tuning anymore, 034, IE, Unitronic are all better.
