Once they start the confidence building it would continue into showing these women they are beautiful in every day clothes too. Then let's add a support group and link these women with others who can help each other heal. After suffering the bullying for so many years it's going to take time and support to heal, and change their outlook. Sorry, I'm rambling! Al and Jo are amazing women.
