You’re probably right in saying he was the cheapest option, but how do you know he has no contacts ? Almost everyone in the game these days has contacts and everyone needs to start somewhere so give the guy a chance 👍🏻💙⚽️
It's very difficult to attract quality players here, we are a Welsh club playing in an English league. A high profile manager is required. I just don't think Riza has the pulling power. Hopefully he will keep us up but if the ultimate goal is promotion to the premier Riza is not going to cut it.
@@2711marcusA high profile manager is not always the answer and doesn’t guarantee success. Take McKenna at Ipswich as an example, was a coach just like Riza and they decided to give him an opportunity and look where they are now. I’m not saying for one minute Riza will do the same but the only way to find out is to give him the opportunity and who knows, one thing for sure is the football is a lot more entertaining and he gets my backing 👍🏻
No manager guarantees success but you have a much better chance of success if you can attract quality players. We are not going to get very far without them are we.
It is Riza until the end of the season, i suppose you have to start somewhere, he's had a reasonable start, so has to build on that now he knows its all down to him and his staff, hopefully we can sign a couple of players, including a striker in January to boost our chances of staying in the championship, ktf⚽
We need a manager with contacts who can attract quality players to the club. That's not Riza. He's only got the job because he's the cheapest option

@@2711marcus I understand that, but what makes you think he (Riza) can’t attract quality players ?

Keep the faith is long gone mate, we are dead.
Why would Barry Murphy leave his current job to be a coach at Cardiff? Manager, maybe. Coach? Dreaming
Cardiff City is dead, it's now Vincent Tan Ametuer Football Club.
