Search up "killer instinct ender reset" and watch the tutorial video by redeyedol. Not a cheat, just an in game glitch done by buffering an ender by either using an attack or waiting before doing a press-release ender.
Don't tell people you didn't use a cheat. That punch sound that's heard at the Vs. screen means you entered a code that allows you to defeat your opponents quicker, and with fewer hits. Plus, anyone with practice can beat the game in under 10 minutes on the easiest level of difficulty.

It seems like you used a no combo breaker code or something, cause I remember playing it at the hardest level. The CPU would do a combo breaker every single time after 1 or 2 hits into the combo. I was able to beat the hardest difficulty without the no combo breaker code by pretty much doing small 3-5 hit combos that can't be broken by anyone.

The title says this run is tool assisted. The creator can pretty much do anything they want because the game is slowed down for them. That allows them to do things a normal human will never be able to do. No cheats were used.
