It's rare, very few use an US, and that is because it's simply not cost and time efficient, although I agree on the use of an US, adds a layer of security for the patient and the Dr and let's you be more precise with the treatment, a win win situation.
Yeah as soon as she said that I thought, this is why no one does it this way then unfortunately. But I would much rather be careful over cheap when it comes to this kind of thing.

I’ve never seen it injected there! You know what you’re doing!!! The filler in the nasal label folds the other way looks so terrible. I had it done one time. I had nothing but regret and did exactly what you said and made. My lower face looks so weird and it just didn’t look natural at all.

Now, concerning "the privilege" (we use to read) I don't agree. I don't see a "privilege" here, it's a reality. The advantage, well it's a question of point of view. I don't see a pleasure, a privilege to see me with my "falling neck" each day. In my sixties, I am smarter than before and I like it. For the rest, it's a question of point of view....

Great advice for anyone considering this. I am not, I decided to embrace my age as it comes along. And yes I wish I would look as yiuthful as I feel but I am happy with how God made me - more concerned with the inside than the outside 😊💜🙏✝️
What course of action would you take for extremely deep nasolabial folds?
I got mine done a few years ago, mine were very deep and the result of genetics. I had them since i was young, i got them injected first at 30. The injector injected into the lines as well as the area you highlighted. To give an idea of how severe they were, it took 3 full vials to fill them, and even still they were still somewhat apparent. If I could post pictures before/after I would. It did look heavy initially but when the swelling went down it looks super natural, I guess because of the amount of volume I was initially lacking. Even 3 years later, with no top ups, the filler is still partially intact. Definitely lessened but not gone and no where near how my face looked naturally.

I got filler directly into my marionette lines and though a little puffy and unnatural looking the first few months, it now looks great. it's been 2 years since I've had it done and it hasn't dissolved yet either.
I am now convinced that I won’t be doing this. lol

It is fantastic for this area. I have performedm microneedling with PRP on people and they had wonderful results.

And why can't she use a filter? She's not lying about anything. She's not falsely advertising products or selling you anything under false pretenses. You might be funny if everyone on the planet hadn't obsessively been using every filter on the planet for several years.
One thing I notice is filler above the lip lines, is it makes that area long looking. I hate it
