To add my own little bit of hindsight. The "Naga Ravager" dude feels like it would have been the nuts here, and not just for the last fight.
It had a couple hundred damage on its effect and if we'd added one sometime after committing (and knowing divine shield would be an issue), I'm pretty confident we'd have had a pretty relevant unit

Always saying this, it pings off divine shields and it you make it big then you beat mechs generally

@tajaewarburton1919 Exactly. We knew that Deflecto or Mecherel was going to be an issue, and it arguably does the job better than the windfury dudes

it only does 70 damage in the last fight here
obviously it would be okay against mecherel divine shield but the damage isnt enough to make a difference
