And then when he meets Yhwach years later, Yhwach gives him purpose for living, tells him how important he is. It makes sense why Haschwalth turned on Bazz B on a whim like that.
Yep. Jugo's uncle is a SA. Ofc it's not directly stated but nonetheless it's heavily implied. That makes it so much heartbreaking knowing they've very different view of Yhwach since the start. Bazz-B dragged him along in his quest for revenge yet it seems he doesn't even bother to find out about Jugo's background bcus otherwise he'd know he didn't really seek for revenge as his suffering was ended bcus of Yhwach. He regarded him as inferior & therefore became jealous when he's chosen but also deep down, he's grown to really care about him bcus of his persistence & hardwork. Jugo on the other hand let himself get dragged bcus Bazz-B was the only person persistent enough to want to be close to him. He had no friends or family that love him so he wanna find comfort & recognition from someone else. THIS what turned him away from Bazz-B bcus Yhwach actually regards him as someone special & important. He became cold bcus of his loyalty but eventho he seems stoic, he knows that Bazz-B was always his friend. If u look at the hilt of his sword in the start of the fight, he still kept Bazz's clan badge in there. Also I got this from the other comments but they said this is confirmed by Kubo himself. Jugo & Bazz's schrifts actually influenced each other. Jugo's was "B", the same as Black(Bazz last name) while Bazz's was "H", the same as Haschwalt. They're also born exactly one date before Ichigo & Uryu. Serving as the parallel of their friendship & characterization. Where Ichigo & Uryu's friendship blooms bcus it's build on understanding despite the difference of their races & personalities, Jugo & Bazz's failed bcus they're failing to understand & be open to each other properly.
They also said their names comes from the B & H in "Bleach". With B as in Bazz-B/Black & H as Haschwalt & "A" in the middle as "Almighty" signified Yhwach who drove both of them apart.

And yeah it was a Quincy castle technically but it’s also a Lords house that either didn’t bend the knee to Yhwach or would’ve tried opposing him. And we know he doesn’t care to dispose of Quincy or subordinates for the greater cause. Wish we could’ve seen full power Bazz vs Jugram tho. Feel like the power difference wouldn’t be so big that the moves which had a captain pushing daisies would be nothing but a scratch on Jugram. Might’ve led to a decent showing of his schrift before it’s randomly spammed
Each ability the quincy have is like there own thing just like soul reapers are different he just activates it by giving them his blood....but like in the case with uryu having the same letter as yhawch uryu transformation is unique to him.
I believe the power that Yuha gives and takes is just reiatsu and general energy if that makes sense? The Shifts that the sternritter have are native to them, but are simply activated by Yuha.
