Richard Tice "shocked" by vaccine passports plan

Reform UK’s Richard Tice was “shocked” to see the Government bring in domestic vaccine passports.
“First we heard it was nightclubs, now it's any large gathering. What’s a large gathering? Is that a wedding? The idea you might have to show a passport to go and celebrate whatever religion you’re in is extraordinary.”
