P wave - atrial myocardium depolarisation
Qrs Q wave R wave S wave complex - electrical activity depolarisation of ventricles
T wave - electrical activity for ventricular repolarisation
QRS complex for atrial repolarisation not seen
Then goes back to P wave
Depolarisation stimulates atrial contraction.

I hate it when things are not explained fully,
I.e. why does the Q and S waves go below the
line was Never explained. That is after the P
wave the wave should ONLY be the +Vé R wave
