I live to see Ronnie in intervju ❤❤😊he is a really good guy and kind and ver cool. This was in 1992 so long time ago.Snd they stil going strong in 2024 my god what a man❤❤❤love him ❤❤❤❤🎉
Ronnie Wood is the cool center of the Rock world. He is such a class act, and he has played with everyone. Great guy, and a great guitarist. And he has been by far the longest-serving Stones' 2nd guitarist ever, now 49 years. Amazing.
I remember reading -the next morning about the Stones unannounced appearance playing at Buddy Guy's Checkerboard Lounge club on the South side of Chicago. I was going out of my mind imagining Muddy and his band playing with the Stones on that stage. Blew my mind because we had been there many times before.
Another impressive interview by Bob Costas. His interview with Paul McCartney was one of the best rock musician interviews I've seen because Bob had such an in-depth understanding of the subject --- of McCartney himself, The Beatles, music, and Rock history. This allowed him to ask very nuanced questions. He's showing that deep and broad knowledge here in this interview. It's impressive for a guy who started in sports --- it shows Bob to be a real intellectual, with broad knowledge and interests, the ability to study and quickly learn whatever depth of understanding he needs to do an interview. And it shows him to be a REAL professional journalist.
Outstanding my brother... simply " [ ping-pong ] balls deep ". I have quite an archive ( 13 gb ) of private/interviews with the Stones... and I was mesmerized... totally... with Ron and Bob... EXTRAORDINARY take my friend. Thank you... Seth
Is it possible for Costas to not to do a great interview? He brings out the best in everyone. His depth of knowledge of everything is unmatched. He could have (should have) been MLB commissioner or better yet, President!....just another of the looong line of amazing talent to come from Long Island!
Ronny is the real deal. Not fake braggers egoed out full of himself. He always gives back always. Rare . Ok don't respect those that do not pay respect or dues to what came before since that's what brought what came into being present. Anyway
Mate great video my new favourite channel thanks buddie perfect video he mentions his dam crack he looks a little hung over from a very long day in the stones world as expected great musician and a great personality I like his hair .
Yeah yeah yeahs are keeping the form alive, looks Iranion or something female lead singer one guitarist and synthensizer and a drummer but original and good live show hopefully still going. Sawadee.🤠👍

Who played both Public Hall and the Richfield Coliseum with bands not called the Rolling Stones? Ronnie. He's not himself in this time period. Very monosyllabic and not his funny self. Although older and infirm, he's a better person now. A mutual friend told me, "He is the nicest man."
He is really hung over and he mentioned that the dam rib crack is hard to shake off b4 every tour that's the way it is and he doesn't try to hide his crack having problems yes or no you be the judge
@@regandunn4850 There is an MTV interview with Ron in which the interviewer JOKES about the fact that he's giving one-sentence responses. For example, he asks Ron why the Stones have remained popular for so long, and he said it's because they've stuck to their roots. And the guy cracks the joke. So it has nothing to do with the rib --- it's the way he is.
@@HomeAtLast501 I can see him struggling to keep a pleasant face here. I think he was hungover and if a rib was bothering him, that's a very painful experience.
Jones was in the band for 7 years and wrote absolutely nothing. Yes he was a great musician BUT if it had been up to him they'd have stayed a blues cover band and wouldn't be the greatest rock and roll band that we know and love today.
What a nice pleasant interview. It is so nice the way he gently and clearly explains his perceptions of his life with with others.
Massive respect for Ronnie Wood ~ Wow what an incredible man, a great muso and amazing entertainer 🎶 🇬🇧

Ron Wood is THE MAN and always will be.
Imo, the Faces were one of the best live bands ever. Always in top form on stage.
Yes,a rollicking almost out of control attitude on stage,
That British slashing sound.
Very true. 😅
Their shows were so fun. I loved Ron's ruby suit and his crow black hair.

'five diverse personalities' , sweet, unaffected acknowledgement to Ian Stewart.

Ronnie is great. He.seems to be on Freebase here though.
Funny story about him helping Mick and Keefe reconciling.
like the album Ronnie Lane did with Pete Townsend, very, very British sound of course.
Long fingers.

Ron's a tough interview because he tends to just answer questions, and doesn't slide into a more fluid conversation as interviews progress.

Lol
1992 lack of Rock and Roll?
Uhh yeah. Hair Metal disease was over with and Grunge started taking over in 1992.
I mean, Ronnie is old school and like most rockers of that era rather dismissive. But man, 1992 was a fun year if you were a true rock fan.
@@artlover1477 Fun how? I hate Guns and Roses and I hate most 90's metal.
