What is the current version that can be used in XP 12 with related patch, 1.4.1, or 1.4.2 ?

It is v1.4.2, however note that X-Plane 12's flighty model is calculated diffrently, meaning that our ERJs that were configured for X-Plane 11 will give you results that are not consistent with this video is used in X-Plane 12. ERJs v2.0 will have this configured correctly, however it will not be possible before the E-Jets Family is released.

How do you change winglet types on the E175

On the E175, there is a menu on the Top of the X-Plane window so you can select the new winglets as an option there.
