No they don’t check for travel insurance as that’s down to you, I had mine through the bank though

Thanks fof for the video. I'm already in Saudi since 4 months ago and I was terrified thinking I've broke my EVW visa overstaying! Thought it's only 90 days & valid for 180 days but when i checked few other sources it clearly says on the visa 180 days duration stay. So I'm still within the allowed time frame.

Better to get the tourist visa on arrival, rather than paying around half for a one time entry you can go multiple times by paying slightly more.

For the photo I took selfie with white wallpaper background. Which was 4 megabytes. Then. I took a screenshot of it, to reduce it too 400kb. Then I cropped it. My face looks squashed but it's been accepted 👍 it doesn't need to be exact dimensions of passport photo, but try to make is similar by cropping, you get rough idea as you play About with it

A few points to take into consideration. I applied for myself and my 2 sons.
- as said in the video, register individually for each person
- If have kids, apply yours first, then use another email for kids. In the kids one when they ask for dependent reference, its on the e-visa right at the bottom (dont include the “E”

I have just successfully completed the visa form. It arrived as soon as I made payment.
To all those who are struggling with the form, fill the form on desktop rather than mobile phone.
I just took a pix using my phone, I didn't reduce the size. I was struggling with the upload yesterday but Alhamdulillah it uploaded straight away today.
So if you are struggling with the form, keep on trying, don't give up. You will get there eventually.
I think if you take a bit longer to fill in the form you will have to refresh it and enter all details again, otherwise it won't work.
Any children as not sure what to put for their occupation

I didn't do children's visas. However on tripadvisor someone said put down any occupation for children as this won't be shown on visa certificate.

W/S bhai, Plz select same occupation as you mentioned in your application or you can select anything related to your work, most important passport number & child name in the application.
Plz apply 1st your visa then your son visa and mention the your application No & your passport number as well in the child application as a dependant

bro just write down your visa number into son application and please try with any debit or credit card, Please try different bank cards coz sometimes online payments freeze some cards.

Wasalam - yes you can bring back zamzam if flying back from Madinah airport. From Jeddah airport the rules keep changing so you will have to try.

We filled in the evisa forms for our family alhamdullilah 7 out of 8 of our visas have been accepted. My husbands visa was filled in the same way as everyone elses . Payment went through, but it's saying 'send to embassy'... we tried calling the embassy in london several times and even emailed them. They haven’t got back to us , so we're not sure what to do. Even though the visas are 12 months you can only stay for up to 90 days in the whole year

Do you require health insurance in order to the enter the KSA? Because this option does provide you an option purchase health insurance

Sorry for the late reply. You can actually go onto the website visa.mofa.gov.sa/visaservices/searchvisa and use the Visa code you were given to retrieve a PDF copy.

No worries at all. So actually you can process all evisas under one account. No need to make a new account. I actually found this out later. Also, yes, you put tourism as Umrah falls under tourism. Hope that helps inshaAllah

5. As for vaccinations, no covid vaccinations are required Alhamdulillāh which is on the GOV website. I’ve heard from quite a few people that they have been reading that meningitis is necessary but I can confirm that this isn’t necessary. We’ve never been asked and have even been informed by others that it’s not necessary. It’s totally one’s choice though.
*Medical Insurance*
Medical insurance is not included with this evisa waiver. You can get away with not having medical insurance, but if you do need the medical services there, then there will be costs. Ambulance services are usually free. If you do want to get medical cover and insurance, you can buy it from the following site or you can use any comparison website or your own bank if you have cover with them:

Asalaamualaikum. Quick question. What if I haven't yet booked the hotels but still would like to apply for evw. Could I put in any random hotel? As in the vid it had an asterisk next to it.
I believe so - but to be on the safe side, book your hotel and then apply for the e-visa. It comes through almost instantly so you shouldn’t have any issues. (Brother Juber may be able to advise better).
The Electronic waver visa for 30 pounds isn't live yet... The links won't let you upload passport so it won't go further so for now only the tourist visa for £117 is working believe me I tried it all
It is live and many have already processed their visas using the EVW link. I processed five yesterday. The passport photo has to be under 100kb and its annoying that it does not mention this. A friend I know has already used the EVW to perform Umrah and has since returned with Zamzam water too using the visa.

No unfortunately it does not. Whilst it states that it is, many have been without insurance.

You can leave it blank and if asked at airport you can just tell them.

In the part where it asks about visits to other countries do we have to say them all? I’ve been to occupied palestine (I don’t wanna say the name) and on gov website it says Saudi denies you entry if you have been to that country

Unfortunately it doesn’t let you go back. It’s one of the biggest gripes I have with the form. I had to restart if I made a mistake when doing peoples forms

I've managed to get 3 adult visas so far.
But having problems with our 6 month old baby.
Filling in the same form doesn't make sense.
Filled in baby's details.
The it asks for "dependants Application number and passport".
I entered my own. But I'm not the dependant obviously.
Also asks for Occupation. But doesn't allow anything sensible from the list.
Can't complete without this.

No worries really glad it helped Alhamdulillah. So the dependent application number should be at the bottom of the evisa that you have received and it should start with the letter E. Remove the E and input all the digits. For passport number, its just your passport number. Anyone over 18 can be the dependent so dont worry. As for occupation, the only workaround right now is to put down the occupation of any adult going. This is what so many people have been doing and its not an issue as its a known fault and the occupation is not printed on the evisa waiver.

It's not clear if insurance is still mandatory and if so, how you get it. Some reports mentioned after obtaining the visa (waiver) you can go back into the account and purchase the insurance this is not true based on the application I made. I also don't think the insurance is included in the application fee of £30 as it is not mentioned or at least not clear. Can anyone clarify?

I have visited more than 5 countries in 2023 and more than 5 countries in 2022, I cannot possibly list all the countries I visited. The form only allows 5 entries. Will that be OK?

Salaam, Just a quick question brother. Can you get the evisa waiver if you’re going from eg UK to Jeddah for (Umrah) and then Qatar and then going back to Jeddah (connecting flight) to go back to the UK. So a Multi trip. Which includes multiple flights but just one trip
Wasalam - you can of course but the evisa waiver is single entry so for example, on this trip you can use it on the way to Qatar in your stop in Jeddah for Umrah, but then on way back if its just connecting flight and you are not exiting the airport in Jeddah, then its fine. However, if on way back if you leave Jeddah airport again, you will need another evisa waiver.

Yes and under 1mb. You can use online image reducing sites to do this for free
It won't work.. I tried too its impossible I tired a very format jpg.. Pdf... Photo... Nothing and help customer service won't help!
