I have been practising celibacy for 4 months now and the benefits i got from it is deep meditation, quit sugar, started eating healthy, i work 12 hrs shift in Canadian winter and doesn’t get tired, good sleep, developed alot of self control, self esteem, confidence, focused without getting distracted and been getting compliments for good skin , overall life has improved drastically ❤❤

Avoid marriage at all costs. Instead of doing charity nonsense,learn to meditate. Brahmacharya is the only way.

I have a question that why do females generaly want to normalize what they are doing , is it that they cant function in guilt, like if they wanna have sex and if someone say sex is bad would it make less enojyable to them, why are females so much scared of guilt ?

Everybody hates to be lied to. When that happens, we feel anger and disappointment. There is betrayal and a loss of trust. Enemies are created. But there is another kind of hate we feel when somebody tells us the truth, especially if it is a truth that we don’t want to hear. It’s that feeling we get when a teacher calls us out for not trying our best, or when a parent catches us breaking the rules. In those cases, we don’t want to hear the truth and we take our anger out on the messenger. Sometimes honesty hurts more than lies. BE HONEST ANYWAY. Thank you for this podcast.

exactly. my anger makes me even stronger, when i get emotions like lust, anger i dont actually do the act to satisfy, instead i channelise those high energy into my studies and my life, i became so better afterwards. now i feel immense powerful in my mind, and because of working out i am in the best shape in my life now.
With chanting there should be love for God, there should pain in voice tears should flow then one will benefit.

But celibacy and bramhacharya are totally different thing. There is no such European word which can translate the meaning of bramhacharya. See celibacy is a European concept where someone supress one's sexual desires and give up every kind of sextual activity and musterbation also.
But bramhacharya is a complete different way of life, here the practitioner experience the path of the ultimat, to experience that the practitioner has to gave up a lot of habits and sexual desires just one of them...

I had just one suggestion for people going to madhuban is that visit madhuban when there less commotion because when i went i saw some nasty and disgraceful people spreading violenece ..and they were the visitors which were like all of us who came to madhuban for seeking spritual guidance unfortunately they ended up being themselves only ...

Main toh bachpan se ab tak celibate hu aur aage bhi aise hi rehna hai kyuki mujhe spirituality mein bht profound interest hai, par ptani mere aas paas k logo ko mujh mein bas ek ladki dikhayi deti hai jiska wahi kaam hai jo sab ladkiyon ka hota h- shaadi aur bachche , bht gussa aata h sunke, mujhe aise nahi jeena hai, mujhe spirituality mein aage badhna par bina kisi k influence mein aaye, main sirf Bhagwaan par vishwaas karti hu, insaano par nahi kyuki unki understanding aur interpretation bht hi limited hai.

Did you not stop to think that perhaps this person doesn't understand Hindi and may come from a different state such as from the NE or South part of India and thus isn't familiar with Hindi the way that those us of us from the W, NW and North in general may understand it despite it not being our mother tongue? Get a grip. I'm a Punjabi Hindu; none of my family spoke Hindi growing up but there's enough similarity between Punjabi, my mother tongue, and Hindi that I can make out 90% of it. However, that isn't the case with many Indic languages the further south you go or even further north, such as Kashmiri. You need to educate yourself before making a fool out of yourself in the future.
