When you just come out of a bad relationship, another person treating you nicely might make you feel that "this is the one", when in fact, it's just that you are craving for love and external validation. For the bonus story: Molestation is a thing. Coercion is also a thing. Those are the words you are looking for, if you feel "rape" is too strong of a word. Someone who is nice will not force you to do anything you don't want. If it truly was a misunderstanding, then it wouldn't happen again. But would you be okay with putting yourself at risk with this guy? What if the next time he disregards your "no", he forces himself on you and rapes you? And to all guys: consent is sexy - if a woman says "no", it is perfectly fine to say, "do you really mean it, or are you just playing? Would you like me to stop?".
