I just wanted to say thank you for making these zx6 2024 videos. They are super educational and provide a clear and easy way to learn, and keep the bike maintained. I love them. Keep them coming man. Take care
Thanks for doing all these vids on the 24’ zx6r not many people are doing them yet and all the videos you have posted have been helpful and informative!
Definitely have to tighten my chain after every wheelie practice session. Getting better with my clutch up now that i got ASV shorty levers. Still buidling the courage to practice the staggered wheelie. Sit down and stand ups are getting easier. Just working on constancy
I was looking if I have the same notches in my R15 but found none hahaha too bad for me, but watching this made me feel I can do it alone as you have shown! Thanks man
I love all these vids, especially since I have the same exact bike haha Very helpful! It's just unfortunate that the '24 ZX-6R doesn't come with many tools under the seat as previous generations. I had a '17 ZX-6R before and it had all the tools to take off the rear wheel
Hey man, love and appreciate the videos. They help a ton. Was wondering if you’ve considered changing the chain and sprockets to gear for a higher top speed? Kinda looking at doing that myself but have no idea what I should look for on these 24 zx6rs. Thoughts?
Hey thanks man! Gearing for a higher top speed will make ur bike slower on acceleration, and I like the shorter gears for the kind of driving I do. All my zx10r's would do over 100mph in first gear and it was just impractical around town. Guess it depends what top speed ur looking for. I just enjoy the 600's for what they are, if you want to go blistering fast just get a zx10r
Well it's tough to say. I'd go sit on one and see what you think. The only super sports that you won't feel as cramped on are probably a Hayabusa and ZX-14
Why is your axle nut with the Carter pin on the exhaust side? Does it matter at all? Because mine came straight from the dealership with the axle nut on the chain and sprocket side.
Yours is backwards, the tech at the dealership must've put the axle bolt in the wrong way. Idk if it will make a difference but the nut should be on the exhaust side

Absolutely. I just purchased one a few weeks ago and have used all your videos!!
Thanks guys! I'll keep rolling em out 👍
Man thanks for these videos. I just bought a 24’ 636 and you’re literally the only person doing how-to videos of this bike
Awesome man, happy to help! I'm sure there will be more as I keep working on things 👍
What.
thank you so much for these videos man. i dont think you realize how much youre helping people who have these bikes.
i have the exact same bike so these videos save my ass consistently, cause im bad at mechanic things. thank you so much man!
Awesome, thanks man!
Yeah dawg thanks for doing these videos on the 24 model, your like the only one with clear information
Been blowing this off because it sounded difficult. But it was super easy thank you!
Glad this helped! 👍

No problem, thanks man!
Thanks bro this helped me out just did my 2024 watching this and it worked out perfect 👍
Thanks for the clear and well done instructions. Heading out to check my chain now...
great job as always; keep 'em ZX-6R videos coming mate!
Thanks man, will do!
Thank you for educating me on the chain tightening technique, simply put. Very grateful, Best Regards,

Heck yeah man, it's an art that takes perfecting, and you will perfect it 👍
I was looking if I have the same notches in my R15 but found none hahaha too bad for me, but watching this made me feel I can do it alone as you have shown! Thanks man
Yes sir! 👍
Please make a video about changing coolant, brake fluids, brake pads, etc. and basics adjustments on ZX6R.
Literally won't need to do that for years.
I love all these vids, especially since I have the same exact bike haha
Very helpful!

Yeah I know. I always like to see a toolkit with all the basics. Aw well, at least the bike is awesome lol 👍
can you please do a video on how to remove the fairings I need to replace the headlight frame
Agreed. I need to replace my side fairings, and I don't see any videos on removing fairings.
What chain cleaner/lube do you recommend?

@@lovelivegofast time to save up for another bike lmao, no way I ever get rid of this 636, I love it too much. Thanks for the reply!
How’s that Moore Mafia ECU flash holding up
It's been more than fun. Bikes has ran perfectly, zero issues of any sort
Can you do a throttle play adjustment video?
Yes! Good idea, I'll roll that out soon 👍
@@lovelivegofast hell yeah you’re the man!
Your throttle adjustment video is out! th-cam.com/video/nbXVVDSDXS4/w-d-xo.html
@@lovelivegofast I just watched! Thanks man I’m gonna do it now!
Great video bro new subscriber
Thanks man! 👍
Are you supposed to measure the slack while riding the bike or when you're off the bike?
When it's off and is stationary 👍
I‘m 6‘4. Would you say the bike would fit well, or would I likely have problems because of my height?
Well it's tough to say. I'd go sit on one and see what you think. The only super sports that you won't feel as cramped on are probably a Hayabusa and ZX-14

You ever ride in Kansas?
Sometimes, I take my dirt bike to Tuttle Creek ORV area by Manhattan, KS and I get down to KC a couple times a year
@@lovelivegofast I’m from KC. If you ever do a fan ride, or something post it up.
Will do, that'd be super fun 👍
@@lovelivegofast I’ve got a 40th anniversary zx6r. Would love to ride with you and pick your brain about our bikes.
just hit my first 1k💪
Anyone know how to turn off traction control on the 24 Zx6r ? I can’t find it anywhere
Go to "rider" mode and then you can set the power to full and traction control off
is there a filter on the video? damn that bike looks too clean.
No filter, just a good looking bike 😎
@@lovelivegofast hell yeah, i have the same one. love this machine.

Your chain will have tight spots, you need to find the tightest spot on the chain, measure and adjust from there
I throw away the factory pin and replace with a hitch pin
wtf is that exhaust lol get a smaller slip on it’ll look so much better
