Yeah I was thinking the same haha! That's always been there since I started playing a couple of months ago and I sell it through their too. The change they made was adding those three circle options on the enhancement screen which was just copied over, which I think could be a little bit bigger
Hit the nail on the head here. I came from your clash channel… then your raid channel… now here. But coming from raid this game is so much more enjoyable with the gear swapping abilities and interface. It makes the game so much more fun to be able to actually experiment and not be scared to waste a ton of resources failing.
@@bruzzer13tre yep and then you can immediately experiment with them by throwing gear on from another champion without wasting all of your silver (or gold).
@8:35 the sale button was there already :)) the place were you needed and it was not, was in the enhancement menu. you level up gear and after that need to go back to the gear view to sell it
you could sell from the inventory prior to this update not sure if you knew this ash. Also if you go sort your gear after farming all the new gear will be what shows up first i usually sort gear as soon as i have done runs and then also sell when upgrading if it rolls bad. Can also just select epic or legendary gear if your selling the lower tier gear rather than searching for it.
A sell button on the upgrade screen is a huge game changer. It's what raid needed. This is great. Thanks for pointing it out. I never would have seen it.
I found you on Raid… glad you have this new WOR channel don’t play RAID much any more. Love that you don’t have to pay to remove gear I just can’t get over it!!!
If you upgrade your items to 4 first, it is a very good indicator on if an item will be good or not. If the first bar goes high, good chance the rest will be good rolls. But if it rolls low, very good chance the others will go low as well. Then you can take good rolls to 8 then 12 and see if it stays good, and lock it. Saving the 12-16 levels for events
Not true. Maybe before but not now. I upgrade most gear to max right away and noticed that first roll sometimes roll low but the other 3 roll pretty high.

I'm around 47 days in and have found what you say to be true. There are execeptions, sure, but generally it seems like a particular piece has its own "level" par-sey, and will give similar results on each stat. cheers !
Fun fact about Astoria Oregon. I lived there for a few months and they've actually shot a few movies there (Kindergarden cop, the goonies, free willy, the guardian..) But the goonies house has like over 100 signs up (I'm not kidding) saying not to come near it and no trespassing and stuff because apparently regular ass people live there now. Astoria is a cool ass town though. Plus Oregon is awesome. I owe a lot to that town (that's where I got clean from heroin). But yea either way, you should totally visit it.
This button that you talk about - on one piece in gear menu - was already from the start. The new thing is you can do it when you enhance gear ... one step further. You don't have to go back any more.
What I really want is to be able to see the stat change between pieces when making the build in the first place. Drives me absolutely nuts that portion of the screen is shadowed.
I lived in Astoria for a year. I was there during the 30th anniversary of the Goonies it was awesome there were tons of people there and tours of all the film locations. Kindergarten cop was another great movie also filmed in Astoria
I’m a bit like you were Ash, I’d sit on gear that I wasn’t quite comfortable selling, but since the update I’ve thought “If it’s not good enough to be on someone I have, then it’s not good enough to be kept”. Just need to now break G2-19 & I can farm all the higher quality gear from all Raid areas.

I like to run auto's and preview rewards and sell from there. I let it run for 6-8 and then I have a decent amount to start going through. You can sell and lock from there and speeds it up a heck of a lot.
I have played for about 6 months that sell icon has always been there I use it while auto battle is in progress that way the trash gear never even reaches my inventory
One of the best things of the gear swap is that you can easily fully equip your toons for the faction trials so you have your best in slot items to clear them easier. At least for me that am still early game.
Am I crazy? ive had those little selling icons before this update, for a while now. ON GOD. Also, always keep some rapidity gear around, you never know when it might come in handy for blockers like decimus and such.

What I miss from Raid is the immediate upgrade without seeing the unsuccessful attempts. All I want to see when I choose the level is how much it costs.
for me on gear on atk gear main stat has to be atk bonus and one of 3 slots has to have atk then crit rate/atk speed then next comes the rolls after that its either sell if crap rolls or keep mainly on rare gear main one needs to be flat atk as primary once you get to epic you look for both flat and percentage then on lego and better its mainly percentage gear i would suggest rolling your gear to lv8 or lv12 and see if good only if the roll is good with stats that you will keep and if lv16 has a good stat roll
I played raid for 3 years f2p. Game became hard to have fun. Follow you to this game and haven't looked back. You helped in raid and help in this game.

This don't have anything to do with this video. I've watched quite a few videos on gear raid one level 13. And all the videos are very similar. But when I do that level they are shooting at me with ballistas. Things were almost coming at me like missiles I cannot defeat that level. And I have good champions I'm actually level 47 and I can't get past level 13 on a gear raid one. Has anyone had this problem.
Great video as Always Ash! One thing to mention. They should add a “Save favorite” button for all gear so we easily can swap and then go back to our favorite builds.

Favorite movie of all time: Rocky. Well written, expertly acted, solid cinematography. The sequels kinda give the series a reputation for corniness or bad acting, but for my money, Rocky is one of the best made movies of all time, and as a sports guy, it stands the test of time for me just on it's message alone: Going the distance can be more important than winning. Additional gear tips: you're going to need to build fewer tanks and healers than DPS characters, but the gear intended for them is going to drop about as frequently. Therefore, you can be WAY more selective about what you put on them. You don't need to hold on to gear for tanks and healers(sets like Guardian, Asclepius, Immortal Warrior, that sort of thing) that doesn't have at LEAST 3 solid sub stats: Rage Regen, Atk Speed, Def or HP Bonus, whatever. If it doesn't have 3? GET RID OF IT. And for the record, I love Stats Over Sets as much as anyone, but so many Tank and Healer specific set pieces drop, there's really no reason to save DPS sets with HP Bonus. As for DPS, start simple: Atk Bonus or Crit Damage main stat and it doesn't have Crit Rate as a sub? GET RID OF IT. Eventually you can start looking for multiple good substats, but you GOTTA have that Crit Rate on there, and eventually you're only going to keep pieces that roll at least 15% Crit Rate as a sub.
I wish gear sold for more gold. I think it could be a really easy solution to the gold issue in this game. It takes 750k to upgrade an item to 16... sells for 6k. oof
I would love a mini series of going through your gear and building sets of gear for each type of character(tank, marksman, fighter, etc.). Maybe mention edge cases, such as gluttony who needs a fairly specialized gear set.
In order for this to truly be useful, the game would need to snapshot your gear when you win a stage. Breaking your auto fights to progress somewhere else sucks.
how hard is this game to progress going to ftp? spent too much back in the day in SW and got little to no value on my mons, I don't want to spend 100$s on specific legendaries in order to progress the raids, bosses, and stages etc

that sell button in the equip page was there before the update, what they added was the one in the upgrade screen
15:49 when you’re upgrading and you get the duds you can actually sell it directly from the upgrade screen no need to go back to the gear screen

A River Runs Through It. Its a great movie, yes, its centered around fishing, but its quite a bit deeper than that.
You CAN sort for only new. Go to filter and check the hide equipped and the hide enhanced buttons. Only new gear shows up

Should you use the quick equip? Its hard to know what gear is optimal for each hero.
no, don't use quick equip.
I use it after I upgrade stuff for tales of the Smith to see if anything I improved could go on someone else if the stats are better
Quick equip will go for sets over stats, a lot of the time you'll have better stats with broken sets till late/end game
