She is a dingus for sure and personal responsibility comes first and foremost. But native communities are not what most would consider "privileged". Free money would be great for all of us from "good backgrounds" or who have been taught fiscal responsibility. But when you give cash to people raised in and surrounded by poverty (due to ya know...) it's like giving a boat crew with holes in the hull and no rivets more buckets to bail with.
Again you don't get an excuse for being a tard but it's like blaming kids in Baltimore or Chicago for being into gang shit the "just get a good job education stay on straight and narrow" when your surrounded by goon life. If she can stick to a budget for 3 months, she can consider that aspect stable enough to then look at diet or exercise. As someone who used to have her mindset, there is nothing you can do for her - she can only help herself. I get it, I was like that too: everything was always everyone else’s fault, my hands were always tied, I was always the victim, no one else understood my situation, life had done me bad and I couldn’t do anything to help myself because all of it was all too much… yeah, I get it. And it took a really dark struggle through the worst year of my life, almost losing everything because of this toxic mindset, before I finally took accountability for my life and the situations I was in and started to do the work and make the changes that I used to have some excuse for. My life changed for the better. Nothing inherently was different about the workd except my mindset which had gone from an external locus of control to an internal locus of control. And unfortunately that’s the reality - it doesn’t matter if someone else has caused your suffering, it will ALWAYS be your responsibility to help yourself. No one else’s. YOU are responsible for YOUR life. Not your partner, not your parents or friends or boss or abuser or children. No one except YOU. For your ENTIRE life. Once we realise that and stop making excuses for letting other people have so much control over our happiness and decisions, we are finally free ❤

As someone also with her mindset, I lost everything because of it. I actually had to sit down after multiple tantrums to figure out that the problem is me and I couldn't blame others.
It was no one's job to listen to my trauma dumping and fix my issues all the while I just kept being the victim, because I would find another thing to be the victim and vent to them about to the point where it was like, 'What else is (my name) going to have issue with today?' And it was embarrassing.
In my time alone and without friends or any way to vent to others, I got into therapy. I got diagnosed with Borderline, I bought DBT and CBT workbooks.
Now, I'm working on myself every day, going to therapy every week, and investing nearly all my time in starting my business. I barely think about being the victim or venting now, because it was time for me to grow up.
She needs to grow up. Once she does that and actually gets that she is the problem and she is making herself the victim out of lies and drama, she will find that she needs to change her mindset.
Until then, she will be a professional victim 24/7.

I was so confused why i could feel myself losing all empathy, just during the start. Usually all the guests I have a lot of empathy but the more she spoke the more i felt confused by my own lack of care. And then the intermission happened and it explained the feeling. Victim complexes like hers seem so similar to the feeling of meeting a specific type of narcissist i can't deal with.

This has been one of the worst financial audits in my opinion. And not because of Caleb, of course. But because of her. The amounts of blames and the level of victim mentality. The disrespect to her ex-husband, and family members. The slap on the face on Caleb and his team, a person who is attempting to help her. She took a spot of person who could have benefited from this conversation. She didn't need a F.A. she needs a therapist and really look into herself.
Last thing. And the quote at the end. Just no girl. Stop. Instead of reading and saying inspirational quotes, live them, do them.
I feel so bad of Caleb and his team.

Bro, you can go to walmart and get a coleman camping stove for like 80 dollars then another 10 or 15 for a propane tank adapter and another 40 or 50 for a propane tank. You could have solved your cooking issue very easily. Or hell get an air fryer i almost never use my oven thanks to my air fryer.

Honestly I dated a deeply narcissistic person like this for a couple months (who had been in therapy for years) and what I see now in hindsight was that people like her tend to use therapy as a means to practice creating a flattering narrative for themselves. If her therapist challenged her worldview and didn’t affirm her victimhood, she would absolutely just see her therapist as another evil person who is making her life harder and switch to a therapist that didn’t challenger her. Long story short, in my (admittedly limited) experience, people like this just can’t be helped
