This vase is made out of Walnut, Ash and exotic redwood called Sipo. I forgot to mention that.

This is absolutely gorgeous. It's value is only increased by the fact that it's one of a kind and 100% handmade by a true artisan as opposed to being industrially produced and identical to millions of other copies around the world.

I would guess its a 360 camera mounted in the middle some how, Im not positive on that but how ever he did it makes for a really cool shot!
I would think just a mount that would fasten to the base, be weighted, and allow the camera to swing freely. The weight would keep the camera stationary while the vase spins around it.

What amazes me is how you can figure out how many segments per ring, how long they are and what angle they have to be cut off at. Also how each segment is placed in each ring to achieve the desired end pattern!! You Sir are a true Craftsman!!!!!
