I love seeing you create outside the box! That’s what I do when I feel blocked. I do things I would not typically do. It opens up your creativity and lets you expand yourself artistically. I love these! You’ve inspired me to do something grungy... I don’t ever do that. Thanks for the ideas!
Thank you so much Tracie, I really really love ❤️ those scrappy embellishments, they’re really really cute and gorgeous too. It’s good to get out of your comfort zone sometimes and you enjoyed it in the end!!!! 😃😃😃 Please stay safe and well too. xxx Mags
Ohhh - I LOVE THESE!!! Sooo organic and a little grungy looking!!! This journal is going to be so fun and fabulous... and, I think, very freeing!!! Cannot wait to see what you do next!!! Hugs, Sharon 👏🏻🙌🏻😍🌷💖
This may not *be you* but you're brilliant at it. And it's ringing every one of my bells! I LOVE this journal. Am watching everything out of order and I don't even care. It's all fabulous.
Ooo, this is exciting, my friend! Good job on the not thinking-part. It's really hard, like unlearning to walk. And the worst thing is you have to think a little bit. And now my head is applying that to the walk metaphor, lol. I'm so excited to see your finished journal. I know it's gonna be a masterpiece, my dear. BIG hugs to you 🤗☀️🌷xxx
These are awesome Tracie! I love them. Great job! 💕🧵🌼 PS - Just a thought, but I think twigs and little sticks wrapped in yarn or thread would go perfect with these. Anything found in nature would fit well. 🌿🌾🍂🪵
WOW...Do you remember a couple of years ago when you said you don't do shabby chic, then you nailed it with the Oh La Chic digital kit!? ... this may not be your usual preferred way of doing these but again, you nailed it!! They also immediately made me think of the tatty journal you made in your first Teachable course! ... LOVE them 👌 xoxo
Watch out you will get hooked on NOT using kits Tracie, just like me,,,,no more straight lines I try but end up tearing and then it looks totally different, it may not be like you but they turned out super .....you just let go and watch the creativity explode 😁
I was just finishing up my mini challenge piece, and planning to try napkins on cardboard again which were an epic fail and are my second least pieces of ephemera cause they came out klunky, haha...but I'm going to submit my least favorite medium, distress crayons..posting soon. 😁
I love your “have a little think”. It’s been proven that you need to take a break, go have fun, and you’ll return with a more creative/playful mind.
I love watching you create these and watching the artist in you shine! 😍❤️
i just love, love, love these, WOW! And that sewing took it to another level with the dabs of paint.
So pretty!!! Love clusters. Out of nothing something magical is created. Nice job, Tracie.

So creative and very unique! Interesting to watch as well. Love the inspiration!
Lovely use of scraps, really inspiring, especially bringing the art elements into it, something different, TFS 💜 x
I love these for sure!!!
Enjoyed your tutorial. I’m someone that distresses all edges as I feel it gives the design dimension. It’s extra work but but more rewarding. TFS!
Scraps are happy things! I love how you think and how you create. Fun, fun pieces Tracie 💕😊
Thanks so much!
Looks like your having fun x
Just awesome Tracie! Love them! 😊❤️🇦🇺xxx

I love this style of journal!
For me, the machine stitching made a big difference. Intriguing as to how the ‘truly’ junk journal is going to turn out.
I love to make these. Yours are all so straight and tidy, mine aren't so tidy. Beautiful
Oh I was going for not tidy...I think its hard to not do me :-D xx Thank you x
@@TracieFoxCreative try not having every thing go straight and line up. Angle some pieces. Your clusters turned out beautifully.
These turned out BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
Those are fantastic!💕
Thank you! 😊
Really loving this series....💕💕💕
They are just gorgeous Tracie❤️👏
Very inspiring video!!
Thanks so much!
Love them all!
Tracie says....”Sorry Stamp”. Lol! You are truly genuine!! I have missed you!! 🤗
😊 thank you. LOL, It never did turn up! x
So cool!!!!
Very cool TFS
Thanks for watching!
These were so fun and messy ❤️❤️❤️.
Looked like a hot mess, but Wow, the results was amazing. What to make some, So glad your creative self is back making videos.
Thank you! 😊
Super cute!!!!
Cool! These would also look cool with natural elements like twigs or feathers sewn on!
HEHEHE, cant show you what I am working on now...but it involves twigs :-D
Thank you

I dont think I have ever worked quite like this but I am having a blast for sure! Thank you but Shabby Chic is NOT something I will return to. LOLOL x
Add surgical spirit it waters it down and makes it last longer.
Love the "love junk" approach that you are now doing.. its liberating to not have everything neat and perfect all the time.
Watch out you will get hooked on NOT using kits Tracie, just like me,,,,no more straight lines I try but end up tearing and then it looks totally different, it may not be like you but they turned out super .....you just let go and watch the creativity explode 😁
LOL I will still be making and using kits....After this I think may a combination but I am loving this right now. x
Niiiiiice!
I know this isn’t how you typically work but this still , to me, is very you!
Hehe, trying to not be so me but I guess you can never move away from 'you' too far :-D. Thank you so much for watching xxx Stay safe xx
I was just finishing up my mini challenge piece, and planning to try napkins on cardboard again which were an epic fail and are my second least pieces of ephemera cause they came out klunky, haha...but I'm going to submit my least favorite medium, distress crayons..posting soon. 😁
Good luck!!
Have you published a 3rd edition of your magazine?
We are up to issue 4 now hun x
I see that this IS in fact a series but I am not sure which one is #1 #2 Ect.
There is a play list...they should be in date order huni x Its called Junk Journal 2021
I find it very hard to do grungey, it just does not work out for me.
It takes some practice but then I never do shabby chic. Somethings are fun but just not for us :-D. TFW xxx
