    I love the water colours with the ink , even though it is messy .
    It's going to be a fab journal.

    Yay, you gave me a fresh idea, love that! Going to get my ink out in the morning! You could use a pipette to put your ink in a new glass container!💕🇨🇦

    OMG Tracie!!! This video has been shared with perfect timing!!! I recently purchased myself a new bottle of Quink ink for my old fountain pens (which I have started using again after many, many moons of them sitting unused. I have been really wanting to play with some inks (I’ve even kept several old ink refill bottles hoping I could utilise the leftovers in my art lol - the things we do). I am an abstract art lover and have been researching quite a bit recently on different techniques - so this is perfect!!! TFS!!! Hugs, Sharon 🌷💕

    Old pastry cutter with frilled edge used to be good. I still have a blue bottle of Quink, it still looks like it’s sloshing about in the beautiful old bottle

    This has given me some ideas - thanks. I love the effects I get with my Elegant Writer, so I’ll maybe see if I can combine techniques.
    Also, on the subject of Quink - I was clearing my parent’s old bureau out and found a dried up Quink bottle from when I used to sit and do my homework on the bureau desk. I’m 65 , so it’s not quite antique, but it’s getting there. ☺️☺️

    The quick reminds me of the black elegant writers (calligraphy pens). When you take water to it you get reds purples blues. Do much fun. I am really loving this series! It is so refreshing. Thank you!

    That looks like soooo much fun!! The last circles one you coloured with the pastels reminds me of easter eggs!!!
    I laughed when you said "this will take you back to your childhood" as I used to love doing those kinds of doodles and then staring at them for ages trying to make patterns out of them lol. I love how you coloured it in too, I can't wait to see how they look as backgrounds and tags etc 😊 xoxo

    • @TracieFoxCreative
      @TracieFoxCreative  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The indian ink will work in the same way as the calligraphy ink I used but not the same as the Quink. Indian ink will dry permanent so you cannot activate with water. You can move the indian ink when wet though, just as I did x

    • @TracieFoxCreative
      @TracieFoxCreative  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Alcohol inks do not work quite the same as they soak into the paper fast. Give it a try...I will be playing with them for this series too. I want to play with the mediums I have xx
