How are you digging your poles. Carolina rig? And what are your recommendations for bait?

Sorry for the late response. We have been using knocked rigs with a 3/0 circle hook and a 2oz weight mostly unless the current was moving then we used a 6oz weight. Then used shrimp pieces for them. If you want to learn how to tie the knocker rig we do have a video on it.
