I would argue New Orleans has more culture because it's homegrown, while Nyc is more migration culture(southern migration) and immigration culture(Caribbean).

The projects were home, there are killings everywhere. Tearing down those projects, mixed wards, broke up neighborhoods which were like family, one of the major
reason for majority of the crime. I now live in the Suburban part of Houston, but many nights I still cry and wishing I was at home Pre-Katrina sitting on the porch in the projects! ⚜️504 3rd ward 4 Life!⚜️

@@tsusurflawyer2432 ok so identify yourself how you choose and let others identify how they choose. I hope that whatever you choose brings you success and fulfilment. Because its alot of successful rich African-Americans who own land right in Louisiana. Africans had boats and world conquest 1200 years before Europeans so those people from Europe could very well seen the exact same people, cultures, languages and religions that they seen in india Africa and Europe. Africans moved to all 7 continents pre colonialism and had great grandchildren there... So if they remember their national descent from African nations just born in America they can claim that if they want tp rather you think its right true or correct or not.. Sometimes we try to colonize people thoughts because the slave master taught us that by doing it to us so we try to force other People to think what we want.
