Hello, unfortunately you need to buy separate upgraded ticket for the shows. However, I believe they had an offer on which meant by staying at the hotel you get normal encounter included in your tickets. I am not sure if this is still the case

Is the staying there including the entrance to zoo and the normal encounter and shows (non-VIP lunch and dinner experiences)

The shows are included yes only the feeding and private dinner/lunch isn’t included
To experience zoo and other all amenities , is one night stay is enough or should i book for 2?
If you stay for one night and two full days then it’s possible otherwise 2 nights would be great ☺️
